toad confrontation chant vs tsukuyomi which is the better genjustu?!?!

I've been doing some research about genjustu, and found to really strong genjustu and decided to compare with them, and see what's better. So toad confrontation chant is the genjustu, that jiaraya had ma and pa use on pain, here's info about it, if you don't know

now I know you guys will say there's genjutsus more powerful then both of them, like KA or something like that, but between tsukuyomi and toad confrontation chant, which is better?

You can't compare a sound to a visual genjutsu.
Each one is strong in their own way.
Are they fighting againts a deaf or blind opponent?
