If I were Kishi', I'd have used this war arc as an opportunity to showcase the growth and new skills of K11. For example, I would have had Neji vs his father in a sequel to the ultimate Hyuga vs Hyuga battle since Hinata vs Neji.

I would also have shown Kakashi using a pooton of copied ninjutsu against the 7MS. (Apparently that was Kishi's plan from the get go but for reasons undefined... he could not).

ummm if i were kishi , i would end the manga next week by a gaint asteriod crashing into earth ,umm a little synopsis ( they all see an asteriod bigger than japan and thinks that its not the time to fight between ourselves and every one unites as 1 homosepians and tries to destroy the asteriod but it was far more powerful than they imagin and they gave up their will and at last everybody dies) THE END . huhuhahahahahahahahaha

I would change many things
1. Produce different teams (war team) as separate but interwoven story lines instead of having just one continuous story line that jumped around from battlefield to another. This way one could spend more time developing each one individually.
2. I would have spent much more time on the war arc and developed much more abilities of other nations and wrote in many other powerful characters from each nation
3.Explored in-depth the various Edo's power's of past snobi, like Hanzo
4.Would have started killing characters that should have died ages ago, like kiba (attempting suicide), and have other snobi replace them
5. Have other character have some sort of past wounds, like Neji (poor heart), Rock lee (muscles tear easily), Naruto damaged chakara network in his hands, Sasuke (adverse side effects from chemical enhancements from Oro)
6. Explored and made each Jinkuri(sp) have unique traits and abilities in addition to having there own abilities as a ninja
7. Had some really awesome battles such as Sungetsu vs the 2nd Mizukage.
8. Last but not lest I would give some characters much needed development/ advancement. Such as tenten gaining Madara's war fan, Obito's sealing spikes, and the 1st Hokage's Forbidden scroll with her own summoning seal placed upon it. Bee loosing most of the 8 tails and gaining the Sot6P items. to compensate his unique fighting/ raping style. Or even having Henata developing the gentle fist medium range fighting style and "evolving"/ finding the stage of the Beykugan.

i bet you will be a good writer someday....

I would have had Kabuto beat Sasuke and Itachi. And then take Sasuke's EMS. And then kill Obito. And then retake Madara. And then discover the pure truth of Ninjutsu. Then rule the world.

Oooooorrr have Orochimaru take Sasuke's body. Then kill Itachi and take his eyes. Then get EMS. Then upgrade to Rinnegan. Then take out Akatsuki. Then rule the world.

Or go buy a German castle with the shit-ton of money I have.

Oh! Or have Danzo whip all the shit out of Sasuke. Well, he already did that. So I guess just have Danzo kill Sasuke altogether.

brought jiraiya back with edo, izuna would come back somehow(not as tobi), give sasuke more air time, make a Madara/Minato/Itachi Gaiden, give Hinata some more fights, kill off some people in the war, show kakashis face at least once, let kisame escape turtle isle and come back to fight in the war, suigetsu would be a little stronger, let sasori last longer in life and as edo, and get ino butt nekkid
