Konan- Knew his secret had A LONG time of prep, Tobi still beat her.

Guy- He didn't ever try to suck him in, plus he is fighting with Naruto and Kakashi and Bee.

Kakashi- never tried to suck him in either, and he is with Naruto, Bee and Guy.

Stop bringing up pointless examples, cause they don't help your argument, they just show that you need long preparation times (Konan) or S/T Jutsu to hit Tobi (Kakashi's Kamui).

Itachi can't hit Tobi, Itachi is either sucked in or outlasted then sucked in, it's as simple as this.

Tobi can simply phase into the ground and then grab Itachi then Kamui him, or he can use Earth Release- Hiding Like a Mole to surprise him. Tobi also has his Katons: Bakufu Rambu (Chapter 599) and Fire Ball Jutsu.

If Itachi can't hit Tobi, he will obviously eventually lose and get sucked in.
