I agree. The following chapter seems like there's going to be nothing but talking. Pein will talk to Naruto and Inochi figured out something at the end and so they will talk and come out with a plan.

i dont think kishi will give naruto an edged weapon, because he has wind, and every weapon we have seen utilizes sharp edges in some way (blades, arrows). As far as the concept of the club-type weapon being western, i disagree... the concept of a blunt force weapon has been used by man since he became upright and has been seen in virtually every culture across the globe. in japan, there was the tetsubo or kanabo (sp?) used by ony the strongest samurai due to its weight (usually around ten pounds). it has been associated with japanese demons...
thus, i think it is a perfect option for naruto and a viable option. but instead of it being limited to hexagonal or octagonal in shape part of it could be flat so it could move wind... maybe spikes instead of rivets to catch blades. then of course :naruto: could mold his wind nature into sharp edges and surround the weapon.
Well, you might think its the perfect weapon, and to be honest, I think the weapon you're describing would be interest.
The problem is: Does Kishimoto think they are interesting?
Have we even seen a blunt weapon in Naruto? I can't remember...

NAruto will be able to control it at some point. Right now I'm sure the kyubii will appear because of Naruto's desperation. It will probably laugh at Naruto saying "see?, you need me, you're always asking me to save you".
Unless Pain tells the kyubii that they want to release him! Could the kyubii like that?
The only reason why they trust Danzou more than Tsunade is that Danzou has always lived in Konoha, unlike Tsunade. Being Tsuande a new Hokage who came from living in another place, they wanted to make sure she would do as required by them. I understand their position... but hate them anyway!
But the anime showed they were ready to question Danzou, though it happened in the Sora filler arc. I guess it was a clue that they will not take Danzou for granted. THey prefer him in the backyard to have someone who is more experienced in top secret issues than any hokage, to be the Hokage's backup.

1 - Because in this way he can be at the battllefield as their assistants make a new body ready for him when he loses one. And the castle seems to be the place were they store different kinds of bodies and make them "alive".
I'm sure bodies there are classified, I guess Pain will always try to keep the similar kind of abilities scattered among the 6 bodies, if not the same (I mean, an animal realm for another animal realm, or something very close in case the same type is not available). So the assistants may study what kind of bodies they are getting.
2 - We were shown 6 or 7, cannot tell if those were all. They may have been the new bodies obtained.
3 - Kishi is very creative, Naruto could also release the kyubii for other reasons:
a. He goes mad at Sasuke using an Akatsuki outfit (no Pain involved).
b. He goes mad because someone tries to kill Sasuke and he wants him alive.
c. He finds no other option than killing his friend, and afterwards believes the world is a sh...t and kyubii rreleases itself.
d. Pain really gets Naruto, takes the kyubii out of him in the ceremony, and the Kyubii destroys everything and does not let Madara control him. Thus, Naruto would be indirectly destryoing the world.
e. Naruto gets tired of being chased because of the kyubii and, in desperation, releases it, thus bringing destruction (I don't believe in this one myself).
So, you see, really knowing what Kishi will do is impossible, though predicting is great fun!

It's a possibility, but the fact that kyubii did not allow sage mode goes against this theory.
I think it is either a way to prevent Sasuke from releasing the kyubii with those eyes, or something that will be triggered off during the battle that involves the kyubbi being released for a short period, but following Naruto's orders.
I don't buy the whole: Demonic Kyuubi Sage Cloak.
Here's the thing: Sage mode requires you keeping all four types of chakra in equilibrium. That is the reason Naruto has kept his emotions in check until this point.
The trigger for the Demoniv Fox Cloak is Naruto's emotions: Fear, ANGER, Desperation.
As soon as the cloak is revealed, even without any tails, we begin to see Naruto transform, if only very slightly.
We know that Naruto is about the able to surpress the Kyuubi chakra by calming down and focusing. However, he loses all facets of the demonic cloak at this time.
That being said, What does Naruto have to do in order to get into sage mode? Calm down and Focus.
What does he have to do in order to activate Kyuubi? Get worked up and angry.
It seems that these two "modes" are completely contradictory to one another in regards to their activation.

i don't think kyuubi is going to show up, cause naruto still has one shadow clone left, he just has to figure how to get out of pain's eyesight for a bit.
I was thinking and i realized some things that i wanted to share :
1-Naruto does not have anyone else to train him, unless one person that i think its the only one who will do it, yes it's killerbee!!
2- Think with me, killerbee after this will be informed that akatsuki captured all the previous hosts, and that they(the leader) tried to capture the nine-tails and failed too!! Killerbee will get very curious about this will want to know who is the last host, and that will be naruto last journey to evolution and brand new techniques followed by fully control of kyuubi and completely free of being catched in a genjutsu.
The point 2 must happen somehow cause come on follow my lead, naruto is very very strong, but lets face it he is fighting pain, destroyed 5 bodies, but again those bodies where not in their best condition (which i think naruto would have crushed them anyway at all but the point is still a fact), and this is pain, not the real one, so the real one is supposed to be more powerful than what we have seen!!
So this leads me to believe that even controlling the kyuubi is not enough!! Naruto has to do more than that, cause come on what about madara the one who just basicly sontrolled kyuubi like a pet, yes imagine it LIKE A PET!! do you all se what this means, the all freaking awsome monster of death kyuubi whos tails swings crushed mountains and villages, yes that kyuubi!!!
So yes there is still a long way to naruto, so its only natural that a sensei will teach him a sensei very very strong and a bit stupid like him, who better than killlerbee lool

now, how can Naruto get out of this situation, he can't use Sage Mode anymore, his own chakra is on the fritz. But think about this, if his own Chakra is on the fritz, wouldn't the Kyuubi's chakra be ready to boil out of the kettle?...He's already losing to his own emotions, he was unable to stop Fukusaku from death by shish-kebab, all the pain and destruction the 6 Paths of Pein has brought upon Konoha is now Naruto's burden to bear, his friends are injured, his hometown annihilated, Kakashi INCAPACITATED, Jiraiya killed, Tsunade on the verge of collapse, Naruto can only keep these emotions in for so long until he finally..........

Just imagine the scene Pain stabed Naruto in his hands then he hears loud shouting 6 gate opet, 7 gate open both Lee and Gai about 200 yard away and then in a second they are making combo atacks on pein

but thats just as likely as KillerBee stumbling upon the Crater that was formerly known as Konoha and noticing an Akatsuki about to capture "someone" and killing that one akatsuki member by surprise.

Naruto will be able to handle Kyuubi- one day. He has to. Being in controle of oneself and ablity to be able to influence their greatest rivals= the ultimate acheivment of a hero.
Unless he gains respect from both Kyuubi and Sasuke he won't be the Hokage. He just cann't be. How and when it happenns is upto Kishi. Till then, I'm all for enjoying the ride.

Only other thing I will want to see is Sasuke to get a hell of a punch from Sakura. Like the one Sai got from him. And with Sai and Naruto being present. Sai's inputs make dullest things interesting.

He has his Kunais and he turns wind into Shuricane. Maybe he doesn't like extra baggage. And If he learns anything from KB He may use a sword... But probaly they won't give him weapons since they haven't done it already. He got a scroll like Jiraiya. and Minato didn't carry any special weapon either, I think.
