Amaterasu cannot be as hot as the sun as even a pin head size piece of the sun on the Earth would not allow life within a mile radius and as considering both Sasuke and Itachi were able to continue fighting with a battlefield covered in Amaterasu therefore Amaterasu cannot be anywhere near the temperature of the sun. That said Itachi's stamina is not that impressive. If he does set Tsunade on fire, she needs only set him or his susanoo and by extension him ablaze as we know great deal of heat melts Susanoo and we're assuming Amaterasu is hotter than Mei's lava then Itachi's Susanoo will melt a lot faster. Exposing Itachi to direct damage from Amaterasu. He cannot risk being set on fire as he'd have to continually extinguish it. And from what we've seen with Sasuke, Amaterasu suppression is taxing. Thus Itachi would either be forced to suppress the flames off Tsunade to give himself a better chance of success or to never hit her with amaterasu

Tsunada wont even make it to Itachis Susanoo. Did you see what is happening when Amaterasu user is focusing his eyesight? Itachi burned through frog stomach in second, Sasukes CS2 wing was also destroyed very fast. Besides, burning Tsunade is very easy to finish off with Totsuuka. She cant see a thing, and she obviously isnt as fast as normally.

Itachi's Genjutsu is Tsunade's downfall, he has no counters and I doubt he can summon Katsuyu to release her from Genjutsu since she isn't a Tailed Beast. Plus who's to say she can actually summon Katsuyu while place under Genjutsu. Itachi Mid diff because of her advanced medical abilities.

I want to start commenting on just the Taijustu part for now because I did not finish reading so I will come back for other things but basicly what I got from the Taijutsu part is that:
`Every part of Tsuande's Body is a Weapon based off her unique Chakra Control
`For opponents faster She can Smash the terrain knocking them off balance like she did Naruto
`For opponents that attempt to Jump over the Terrain smashing they are open for attacks because they can not dodge in Mid-Air
`She can hit stones that break into debris and also hit the Opponent
`She can do all this while not making eye contact with Itachi.
`Opponents have no knowledge of her superhuman strength and may attempt to block and be broken.
Now since I do like Tsunade and would not be surprised that she could pull all of this off because she most likely can so I won't argue against that. The difference is she is in battle with Itachi.One of my main problems with your arguments are you tend to use other peoples feats to as Tsunades with the manga pics which is fine since she is capable of doing most if not all of what you showed but it's better for the thread to show her actual feats.
Itachi is faster than Tsuande this fact can not be argued.
Yes you work perfectly correct about the fact that she can smash the terrain, knock Itachi off balance and If he jumps attack him in the Air, but would you deny that Itachi could not Jump and use Naruto's method of avoiding Mid-Air dangers:

Itachi showing to be a better strategist and quicker with using his Shadow clones should be able to think up and accomplish this.
This would counter three of your arguments of knocking Itachi off Balance, flying debris from her attacks and attacking him in the Air.The fact that Itachi utilizes Shadow clones also counters your argument of Opponents having no knowledge of her strength because every shadow clones user we have seen throughout this story have shown a shared tactic of sending in clones to help them analyze their opponents attacks.

You put waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayy too much time into this. Itachi>Tsunade no matter what....

The only problem I have with this very well written, factual, admirable, laudable and amazing post(s)(double posting *wink*) is Amaterasu. No matter how you look at it, Tsunade has no way of avoiding the flames. Itachi clearly was aiming to get only Sasuke's wing which was why he seemed to have been dodging it but if Itachi just spun around like Sasuke did when setting up an Amaterasu defence against Kabuto, he would have ignited Sasuke instantly. The only reason it took time for the flames to get Sasuke was because of Itachi aiming not to hit his whole body(for the sole reason of keeping up his 'I want to take your eyes' persona) It doesn't matter however because with Tsunade's regeneration ability, she can leave the flames on her body without having to worry about being completely consumed by it since the more it burns, the more she regenerates, she can deal with the flames later. The pain is of little issue to her as she's currently in two pieces and is speaking normally and even summoned Katsuyu. She can keep fighting even with Amaterasu on her body. After the fight, she can shed the flames by possibly using chakra scapel to peel off the Amaterasu ignited skin. Amaterasu burns quite slowly as it couldn't even get past the suface of Karin's skin even when it was on her body for a few seconds and didn't completely consume Nagato even though he took a direct hit and was burning during Itachi's conversation with Bee and Naruto...this slow burning combined with her regeneration ability will make sure it says on the skin level on doesn't get to bones and important organs. Plus her clothing which includes a green overcoat and long pants will provide a surface for the flames to occupy. After taking one hit, she can simply encase herself in Katsuyu for the rest of the battle, Itachi cannot beat Katsuyu as she can divide into two to avoid Totsuka, can shed Amaterasu flames but simply turning the ignited part to a miniclone and shedding it. Itachi can only keep avoiding her acid blasts for so long particularly because of its size, its instantanous nature according to the databook, the fact that she can most likely attack with it from multiple points using her clones and the fact that it doesn't seem to affect Katsuyu significantly in terms of chakra.
