He is the strongest hokage to date and the only one that really rivals madara to the point that madara has a inferiority complex with him. He has his clone, which is Yamato, and he constantly sought as a legendary man of the ninja world. When you think about it now, he really has become a power up( well his cells have xd) His cells have been used to make various people stronger than they could ever be alone( Danzo, Obito and Madara) and they have been used to even create Zetsu( an army i might put out :scorps So technically, Hashirama can be called a power up right?
