Don't say current Sasuke can't control the Kyuubi. The only requirement to control the Kyuubi was powerful chakra and MS. Sasuke fills up both of these categories quite well. So it's very much possible he can if given the chance.

I would personally remove Shisui from there. Don't know why KA is that overrated, especially when we talk about someone who actually has no feats in battle. Even Ao(considered sometimes as a fodder) survived a fight against him, Danzo ripped his eye out. That actually means that this jutsu is not as convenient as some people usually think, but still nice list nonetheless :scorps:

To answer you questions Obito's Kamui is so hax'd that it took a team of B, Naruto, Kakashi, and Gai just to land 2 relatively ineffective blows on him. I'm going to say that besides Minato only Nagato, Hashirama, Madara, and of course Rikudo Sennin would stand a chance of beating him.

None of the once you mention could actually beat him. Some ninjas like Jiraya, Itachi, Orochimaru, Kakashi and Bee probably have their chance, but even them are not even close to beat him without help

Kakashi is 30 right now, and Obito is the same age. It is said that the Kyubis attack happened 16years old from now. 30-16=14. So Obito was 14. Anyway i agree with you. Obitos kamui is really haxx
