The white fang could've killed one of them, many years ago. But when he got weaker due to depression, all the sanin got stronger since than.

Also, Hanzo fought the sanin when they were just jonin level and like age 25-30.

Well ill say Itachi, and explain why. It's true that Itachi said he would be lucky to make a draw with Jiriaya. However you have to consider several factors why. A) Itachi didn't want to kill a person that was helpful to Konoha B) His true objective was to make sure Sasuke was alright, and to basically remind the elders he was alive, this means he wasn't there to fight in the first place. Now look at how quickly Itachi defeats even people like Orochimaru. It took him merely seconds in both of there fights, and Itachi rape stomped Orochimaru. Also the boss summons are just a big target for either Amatetseru, or susanoo wielding totsuka blade. Also as stated in the manga( NOT THE ANIME) Tsukiyomi is an instant cast, and its effects are instantaneous therefore any of these sannins getting hit are down for the count, even with Tsunade there. It took her three weeks to heal Kakashi and Sasuke. Don't argue that if Itachi gets Tsukiyomi someone will get them out. It's effects are instant. And no the sannin can't break Tsukiyomi. Sasuke did for 2 reasons. A) Itachi wasn't trying B) Sasuke is has sharingan and is really good with it. Orochimaru and Tsunade are pretty useless against Itachi, like she could punch him or something. Plus Edo Itachi basically has Tsunades most powerful technique, without any drawbacks(he's Edo so infinite chakra, infinite regeneration, infinite Tsukiyomi, amatetseru, and susanoo). The only challenge with this is jiriya. Sm Jiraya is just as fast as itachi, and then Tsukiyomi doesn't work bc his chakra flow is constantly being disrupted by nature chakra, and ma and pa. Jiraya could probably evade amatetseru, given his speed, but then it comes down to sm Jiraya vs Susanoo Itachi. Sorry but I don't see sm Jiraya beating susanoo.

Also because it seems like there is a lack of acknowledment of Itachi's capability, Kakashi said Itachi was the head of anbu black ops, not an anbu black ops captain. For those that don't know, this means he was ranked right below hokage.
