in the appearance of susano and the sword of totsuka in the manga, it looked like susano was weilding the sword of totuka. i really want to think this is exactly what itachi did... he gave naruto susano and the sword of totsuka to both protect it from evil hands and to protect konoha

Hi all, another great chapter of naruto manga. can't believe naruto got caught second time by same tech. I thought he will some how will manga to dodge that and come up with amazing counter attack like he alway does. I actually feel sorry for the froggy pa for getting stabbed in his old age and yet naruto doing nothing but getting ooopped by pain. oh grate pein have marcy any way here is my prediction, I think naruto just trying to gather more information by getting kicked around. Once he receives his answer, he will turn thing around and kill the last puppet left on the battlefield. then suntada will inform naruto what they have found out about real pein. Naruto will be like ok live this to me and go ofter pein, hopefully get some help from henata and others for locating the real pein. come to thing about it naruto can feel every one's chacker, why can't he just smell him out.
kakashi is not dead, all he need is looonng rest and medic attention. He will be fine. This is what i believe. :naruto:

I think Inochi has remembered the tower from the memories so that'll probably be where they are heading for next.
The elder's probably wouldn't tell Tsunade about Madara because she doesn't always follow what they order, so there's a lack of trust. Or they are more trustful to Danzou, seeing as he was called in for the Sora arc in the episodes.
what i hate about this "naruto vs pein" fight is that naruto was pwning him all up til the main body. god realm pein has been raping naruto in these last couple manga's. and now he stabbed fukasaku and even forced naruto to say something like "what are you!?, why are you doing this!?", like if naruto knows he's defeated and currently begging pein to stop. this fight so far has a very pathetic ending.
and i thought naruto still has 1 more clone back at the mountain? does anyone know if he does or not?
P.S. NARUTO HAS NOT SURPASSED YONDAIME, or he would have killed pein.

Yondaime has never fought against Pain. I wonder what would be the outcome of a Pain vs Minato fight.
Itachi169, I am going to use your post as my starting point for my "Is Pein Overconfident" post. Hope you don't mind.
Alright, first of all, lets reexamine everything that Pein has done that we know of, in regards to Konoha:
- He killed Jariaya, a legendary ninja and a master of senjutsu (even if his Sage form wasn't perfected)
- He fought, and won, against MANY of Konohas most skilled shinobi.
- He obliterated Konoha, at the very least most of it.
- He, in a single move, crushed, killed, or maimed the STRONGEST frog in all of Myobokuzan, Gammabunta, and the other two are probarbly considered the second and third strongest. You definatley bring your 'A' game against Pein.
- He has killed Fukusaku, Pa Frog.
- And now he has Naruto Uzumaki, the Shinobi who, just a few threads ago, everyone was saying was the strongest ninja in Konoha (and rightly so because they are vesting all their hopes into him), in a very precarious position.
Lets not forget that even though all of this must use up a substantial amount of chakra, Pein still seems unphased and confident.
Pein has pretty much neutralized every single major threat Konoha had against him. The sword running through Naruto's hands is no ordinary sword, I'd venture to guess it is a legendary sword.
This sword is really something. It makes the reciever of the pointy end (i.e. the one getting stabbed) lose all control of their chakra. It also disrupts sage mode. Now, before you argue with me on this point, I will cut you off at the pass. We see in Pein VS Jiraya that right after he is stabbed, he lost sage mode. This makes sense because: If yu can't control your own chakra how do you expect to maintain a balance between your chakra and nature chakra?
I would also venture to guess that it disrupts the flow of Bijuu chakra as we'll.
Lets not forget that when Naruto said something like "At least you're the last one!" Pein responded "Not exactly." And while I'd put money on the fact that he was reffering to Nagato, we cannot say for sure just yet.
That being said, we must remember that Pein knows nothing about the possible discovery of his secret by Ino's father.
That being said, I realize this is aterribly flawed bad-guy stereotypical ritual and usually ends up being their undoing.

I just think that Pein has every right in the world to feel as confident as he does right now, even if it is a stereotypical mistake and probarbly a huge blunder on his part.
I believe Kakashi is not dead but only in a coma. Kakashi will revive and take off his mask of shame because he had a good talk with his dad in his comatose dream. Kakashi will find Rin. I know, some people said Rin is dead because Kakashi said sorry to Obito for not protecting Rin. I think Rin ran away from Kakashi because she couldn't accept the incident in 'Kakashi gaiden'. I want a happy ending for Kakashi. Not an end in "I'm sorry Obito for not protecting Rin."
Not at all my friend and a great deduction as usual. This is true I also noticed that Pains sword had disrupted Jiraya's sage mode and no doubt took Naruto's sage and Bijuu abilities as well. How Naruto will get out of this mess befounds me and I would very much like to know what Ino's father knows exactly. This is the best veiw of tobi tha we are given. If you look closely at his left leg (right hand side of the pic) you see something strange. Perhaps the sword Itachi used?
And look at his torso, how the shirt fits him very strangely. Could it be because underneath is the armor Itachi used?

Whether or not Kakashi is actually alive is a mystery that will be enlightned with more information. What we currently know however, there is without a doubt that Kakashi is dead. To recall from the show after the battle when Choji returned to Tsunade to inform the information about Pain, Tsunade's summoning confirmed that Choji's father was still alive but when asked about Kakashi she merely lowered her head in disappointment. Then when Naruto returned from Myoboku Mountain with his new abilitiy to sense natural energy and everyones chakra. He noticed that Kakashis energy was not present and asked if he had left the village, at Tsunades response it is clear that Kakashi had fallen. Whether he had even an ounce of strength left is still questionable.
Okay, I have read chapters 409, 411, 412, 413, 414, and 415. All information withing this post can be found in most of those chapters, with one exception. We will get to that later.
First: What do we know about Sauske?
We know these things before the fight:
1. He has assmbled a team, formerly known as "Snake" that consists of three other Shinobi: Karin, Jugo, and Suigetsu. I do not believe these shinobi were picked at random, I will get to that later.
2. Prior to this fight we see Sauske unleash a new "ultimate" jutsu against Itachi. I will piss off a lot of people when I come back to this later.
3. Sauske posses the Sharingan, and prior to this fight we see him use Amaterasu against Madara. The Amaterasu comes from his right eye, and the Magekenyo Sharingan he uses to do it looks EXACTLY like Itachi's.
4. He is a master of lighting elemental jutsu, and at least very skilled with Katon jutsu, I would go so far as to say he has mastered both, but prefers to use lightning.
5. Prior to this fight Itachi removed Oorchimaru's cursed seal from Sauske. This had two effects:
A) It freed Sauske from any influence Oorchimaru may have had over him. (Lets not forget that somehow, during the Itachi VS Sauske fight Oorochimaru managed to materialize himself)
B) It weakened Sauske to an extent because he can no longer rely on its power.
6. Very little time has gone by since his fight with Itachi. I will explain how I know this later.
What do we know about Killer Bee before this fight?
Absolutley nothing. We have never even heard of him before.
What do we learn about Sauske during the fight?
Chapter 411:
1. Sauske wants to test KB to see if he lives up to the hype. (This means he was told something about him prior to the fight. Can anyone find out where/what/ and by who he was told?)
2. Sauske activates the Sharingan only AFTER KB pulls out his blades. I count seven.
Chapter 412:
1. Sauske gets stabbed by 5 of KBs blades and does not immediatley die. Its unclear if the wounds are life threatening, but Karin feels a need to heal him. (This may be because they needed him to stand a chance against KB, it may be because she likes him, it may be because he would have died without it.)
Chapter 413:
1. After KB unleashes his Bijuu cloak we see Sauske recall his fight with Naruto in a one frame flashback. (I tried to count the number of tails KB had, but it seemed to change scene by scene. x.X)
2. Sauske dodges initial attack by the cloaked KB.
3. We see a different Magekenyo Sharingan than we saw when he cast Amaterasu on Madara. This one is a "star" shape while the previous one was an Itachi triangle.
4. Sauske appears to use the Tuskinomi Genjutsu, like Itachi used aganst Kakashi, from this new sharingan eye. At first this led me to think that each skill had a different shape, but I will get to why that's wrong later.
Chapter 414:
1. Sauske thinks about the bonds he is forming now with "Hawk" and recals the bonds he had with Team Kakashi. He then produces a "star" shaped Magekenyo Sharingan in his left eye and proceeds to use Amaterasu. This leads me to believe, at least to begin with, Amaterasu requires an emotional trigger.
Chapter 415:
1. We learn that Sauske is still injured from his fight with Itachi, so he wasn't at 100% during hi fight with KB.
What do we learn about Killer Bee during this fight?
Chapter 409: We learn that he is the Eight Tails Jinchuuri. (Obvious, but I thought I'd include it.)
Chapter 411:
1. We see KB using Chakra Conduction to block Sauske's unstoppable Chidori Blade.
2. We learn KB is a master swordsman because he can weild (I count) seven at a time, and has no problem using Suigetsu's blade.
Chapter 412:
1. We learn that KB is very tough as he gets blasted by Jugo and doesn't seem phased.
2. KB admits that Sauske is a strong opponent and we start to see him get really serious.
3. KB tries to leave, Karin finds him out. We are not give a reason for his attempt to leave, maybe he just doesn't feel like fighting them, maybe he's beginning to get worried.
Chapter 413:
1. We see KB use Habachi Cloak.
2. KB notes Sauskes deflection of his attack and says that no one has dodged his attack since Raikage.
3. We learn that KB is immune to genjutsu because of Habachi.
4. We learn that KB is exceptionally strong because with one punch he obliterates Sauskes chest and a portion of his throat.
5. We see KB turn into Habachi. (Am I the only one who finds it weird that an 'Ox' has tentacles like an 'Octopus'? If you look closely you can see what resembles suckers)
That's about it for KB. I will continue this analysis with my next post.
