Of course it doesn't. Any form of Susanoo is a power of the Mangekyou Sharingan. The Rinnegan doesn't possess a power like this. Further we know that Madara used the perfect Susanoo back then when fighting Hashirama but awoke his Rinnegan shortly before his death. I believe that Sasukes Susanoo will be like Madaras in the end.

Does it have to get bigger to be a Perfect Susanoo? All of Madara's Susanoo variants are extremely large.

i agree with you. I think that sasuke will go away for a couple of chapters before confronting naruto and he will have it from his training. Just a hunch. I am sur e it is just EMS

To everyone comparing Sasuke and Madara's Susanoo: Every Susanoo is different. Why does Sasuke's Susanoo have to be as big as Madara's? Besides, Madara has chakra reserves that outclass every current shinobi so to try to compare the two is a bit unfair.
