alright i force wind chakra into my knuckles for sharpness and mold the chakra into claw then i use

No, niice try though
When summoning Odin's Claws, you are literally summoning the claws into your hand. His claws transform into gauntlets (think gloves).
Try again, but this time once you place the claws(gauntlets) on your hands channel your chakra into the claws to gain control.
Once you can summon the claws we'll go into using the freezing effects...

Try again but envision the claws as yours, as a extension of yourself.

yea odins chakra seems confident and strong and ready to take on anyone and it sorta boost up my chakra and it feels like a living thingGood.

Now first we need you to get use to amount of chakra at your disposal.
I want you to freeze this log. Be sure to use your chakra to guide Odin's into the log and not the atmosphere. Don't want to freeze yourself.

I want you to get use to allowing chakra to flow from the claws into whatever your attacking.

Now did you see as i was holding the log, my claws became this white color?
I want you to notice that instead of bridging the gap between the log and the claw. let the claw do all the work for you. Just use your chakra to stop it from freezing the entire log(or person your fighting).
It's all about chakra control.
Try again.
