Obito's ability saved him from the Rock?!

It seems Madara makes a reference to Obito's ability to phase through objects in this last chapter. Here.

Goes back to my original Theory, that Obito unknowing casts his phasing technique to escape the boulder. As if his ability to phase is both a sympathetic and parasympathetic enabled technique.

I know the chapter doesnt outright say thats how he survives the boulder but it is Kishi making a reference to the ability of Tobito.


Of course his ability failed to save the rest of his body...

I also think.. He phase shift Ablity is not related to MS ... He can use it Without it maybe ! I mean that what Madara Said ... "Slipped through" .... But he dont had MS then ... or He Activated MS so early

Well I mean the only other option is that Tobi focuses on which parts of his body to send to the other dimension right before contact from an attacker during a fight and lets be honest... The concentration that would be needed and involve with a fight like that would be astronomical. People are prone to errors and and that would certainly be the case if you give too much for a manga character to concentrate on. After all, if none of the manga character made any mistakes, they'd never be injured or killed. lol.

Plus if you think back to silly Tobi, dodging Naruto and sakura attacks, he does it with such easy that he makes a game out of it.. Doesn't look like he's sweating bullets there.

Is Kakashi an Uchiha? It's Obito own ability, so of course Kamui would come to him more naturally than somone who is just using one of his eyes.
