I'm not sure if this has been already posted but in the latest Manga
594, there is a mistake with Kakashi's headband.
You can see, he wearing the Joint Army Logo and a page later the Konoha Logo

Not sure if this is a manga mistake, or a translation error, but if the Kakashi Gaiden REALLY happened 10 years before where the manga was at the time, Naruto would have been 2 or 3 years old at the time. Yet Minato was still alive? There's a mistake here somewhere.

In this picture Obito is shown standing in front of the Hokage wall, right next to the fourth but the forth didn't become Hokage until after obito's "death".

In this picture minato is informing his team that kakashi has become jonin just like him, proving he wasnt hokage at the time.

Kishi really is a troll?
But reallly, some of those are just the mangaka being lazy (eg neji missing an eye)
The rest can be explained with henge no jitsu, you know, just randomly inserted here and there... what? they are ninja's after all! They can do it under our noses...
But the funniest screw up must've been the one where Hidan is wearing the Konoha forehead protector. idk how you spotted it when he was upside down but congrats. I guess the fact that it didn't have a strike through it was a dead give away.
