is Obito's actions justifiable? Does he and Madara really share the same goal?

I would say yes.

Obito was as kind and caring as they come. He deeply cared about his comrades and knew the true value of a shinobi. Not only did he throw away his own life in the face of certain death in order to protect kakashi, he even gave away his sharingan to him. And he did all of that with a smile in his face, his only regrets were- he had to die just when he and kakashi started getting along and he never got to make the confession of love to rin. I'd say Obito's will of fire is just as strong as the likes of Itachi's. He made all that sacrifices and he entrusted kakashi with his final wish- to protect Rin.
And we don't how but Kakashi and konoha failed to honor his final wish. While legendary shinobis like Minato, Hiruzen and even kakashi were around, how can they not protect the life of a kunoichi who is also a medical ninja? The point is Obito has every reason to be pissed off at konoha but instead he's channeling his hatred towards the entire ninja system- he wants to do whatever it takes to stop the bloodsheds. Project tsukiyomi

As far as I know, Madara never really had such intentions. He was always ambitious and wanted to dominate over other clans. More importantly he wanted to gain the power of the so6p and rule over the world. His hatred is far stronger than anyone else's and he is known to seek after revenge. So I wonder whether Madara would truly stick to the project tsukiyomi after taming the ten tails, or does he simply intend to terrorise the world with his power. Maybe he is just using Obito for his emotional vulnerability and pacifist attitude. I highly doubt putting the world under genjutsu spell would satisfy the likes of Madara Uchiha.

Obito is the good guy here, the Shino Alliance the bad ones.

Look at our own world, will we ever have some crap like "true peace"? No, mankind is too stupid for that. Religions, racism, hatred/revenge, greed and insane people will always lead to fights/wars. You cant cure all that with talk no jutsu like Naruto will most likely do in the end.

You may say that Naruto and our world are totally different and that a manga isnt bound to our limits but thats only partially true. Sure we cant spit fire or cast meteors like in the Narutoverse but the emotions in Naruto are the same. Hatred, love, some are greedy (Kakuzu) etc. etc. , the motivation for their actions are the same like for us.
Its just naive to think that you can change the hearts of billions with talk no jutsu and I will hate Kishi if he makes it that way.

Obito on the other hand realised that Naruto´s wish is naive and impossible. Instead of giving up (starting to hope for something to happen like most of the people)

he decided to do the best he can. And the best he can is his moon eye plan, it may not be "true peace" (haha) but its the closest thing to peace thats possible.

Not sure if serious...

No one has the right to play god, slaughter thousands and decide the fate of the entire world. Him having been a good guy doesn't change that.

Still hope he redeems himself somehow.
