tobi's voice without the mask,does it still sounds cool

Yes it will still be cool as ****. Tobi has the best English dub voice. He's voiced by the guy who voiced Optimus Prime for those who didn't know.

Yeah it is good it fit perfectly to the idea that he was madara as it sounded old,mature and wise.

Unless Obito pulled a pre-Tobi voice on his masked-man Tobi personality, I doubt that his voice is any different.
