First. see the posts again... you did the rampage before Kai so you lifted me too. Then...the special weapons your talking about are chakra infused metal... I have chakra infuse bones... its in my bio. then, you cant infuse wind chakra on normal blades too as you can see on the filler where naruto trains with that creepy guy from the temple.

second.underground fish projection count as a substitucion jutsu... and thats not allowed.
third.The humam puppet jutsu is for creating puppets not summoning them... that jutsu is not a battle type.
3rd kazekage is a weapon and to use it you need to say that you have it when we say the rules or summon him with a summoning jutsu... if you're sasori then you wont summon him, you need to say that you have him on your weapons.

When I asked what sub means to KS on our first battle he said it was substituicion, and he mension underground as a substituicion and if you think about it you'll see that it fits well on that category.
