Channel your chakra into the water and rise a spinning column out of the water.
Channel your suiton chakra into the Hidden Mist. While you are doing that, you need to pay attention to the angle of the sun. Use that angle of the sun and position your chakra within the mist in such a way that it will blind your opponent. This jutsu, though it doesnt say it, cannot be used without the sun or some type of light source. Stars do not count. Descripton: The user will wave the Ram β Horse β Bird hand seals and utilize water to create a spinning water vortex around the ninja. The water acts both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.
Note: Can only be performed if there is a water source near by.
Perform 3 handseals and use a nearby water source to create a water vortex around you. With it spinning violently, it can attack act as an attack and defensive barrier at the same time.

Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water out of knowhere. The vortex then proceeds to explode from the top in the form of a wave. The user can also control the direction the wave goes with hand movements.
I see they have changed this jutsu. I dont really use it alot. But channel your water chakra into the and clap your hands. Concentrate your water chakra into a spiraling vortex, and then using hand motions, send it towards the clone in a zig zag formation.

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird β Rat β Ox β Monkey β Rat β Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.
Perform the 6 required handseals *Shows you what they are* concentrate your water chakra into the sky and saturate the clouds so that they will produce rain. As the rain has your chakra in it, you are able to perceive everything that goes on within the battlefield as long as the rain touches it. If an opponent creates a barrier between themselves and the rain, you will not be able to sense them, though you will know where they are simply by knowing where the interruption is on the battlefield.

Combinations-strategies
This technique is to be used by itself, strategies come from the awareness of the opponents position and location but is not to be considered part of a strategy by itself.
Ways to counter this technique
Dont really have a counter but since its supplementary, you may need to eliminate the clouds but i have no way of doing that, perhaps i can just make it into thunderclouds for kirin while rain continue pouring, no amount of sensing will help the opponent avoid that.
How to perform this technique in your own words.
I concentrate my water chakra in my body and build it up as i perform the Bird β Rat β Ox β Monkey β Rat β Snake hand seals and channel my water chakra into the sky. As it merges with the clouds, it starts to rain on the land where i am able to sense with each raindrop everything around me.

Strong pointsActually, the rain only senses chakra. And the reason why it is C Ranked is because it doesnt really have a reason to be higher in rank than that. It is merely a terrain changer and perception ability. It doesnt cause damage to your opponent.

Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water by waving the Snake β Ram β Horse β Hare β Ram β Horse β Hare β Hands spread in front palms out. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.
Perform the required 7 handseals while spewing water out of your mouth to trap this clone in an orb full of water. You do not necessarily have to spit out the water, it can also be used from a water source or a water clone. Note that you have to keep your arm within the water while doing this, which renders you unable to perform handseals, and therefore restricts your ability to perform handseals.
