I am I think neji is very powerful n very intelligent but I strongly believe that 3 tomoe sasuke is enough 4 neji unless u can prove me wrong

Susanoo Arrow he can dodge since he has Byakugan :| Kakashi said it self, Byakugan is better than Sharingan in vision, so Neji would react fast enough.
Amaterasu can be blown easily away with Full Body Blow or Palms Rotation. Plus, Neji is a skilled nin, he knows never to look into a Uchiha's eyes, and if Mangekyou Sharingan is activated, mostly all ninjas know to take pre-caution and not stand on one place like a rag doll to be hit by Amaterasu.

In sight? That's the only thing that the byakugan grants the user. While the Sharingn grants its user slow motion movements of his opponent, Sharingan can copy a jutsu in an instant. They can also see chakra, but not in details like the byakugan. The Rennigan? the hell with that, Byakugan user has 0 percent chance over 100% facing a Rennigan user. NEji's never gonna land a hit on Sasuke on that condition alone. I would rather give him an advice to become a full time sensor Ninja for his sake and not mingle in the fights of not his level.

3 Tomoe Sharingan can only have better sensory, nothing more than that. Kakashi said it self, Byakugan is far better than his(Kakashi's) Sharingan, considering Kakashi having a 3 Tomoe Sharingan here.

3T sasuke can not get past's neji rotation. Also every blow neji lands will block sasuke's chakra path ways and damage his internal organs. If neji traps sasuke in a right trigrams, Game Over. There is so much more but I am going bed and going to be using my phone so you will have to continue this with others
As a matter of fact, 3 tomoe Sasuke>Neji. If you don't agree, reread early Shippuden, particularly the Sasuke and Sai Arc and Itachi Pursuit Arc. Especially now, Sasuke has too much for Neji to handle. Hawk summoning and kirin>>>Neji and his puny rotation. Most arguments revolving on how Neji wins revolve around his "almighty" rotation. Firstly for the full effect of the defence, Neji needs to actually rotate. This takes time and Sasuke has more than enough speed to hit Neji before he completes a full rotation. Also I'm sure Sasuke can avoid Neji's attacks when he was able to avoid A's elbow drop. Also chidori nagashi would force Neji to retreat so CQC isn't the best idea. Susanoo arrows are too fast for Neji to handle and susanoo will crush Neji like a bug.
Sasuke is faster and more intelligent than Neji as well but not by much. Face it, I could make a thread saying Temari>Hashirama but that does not make it true even though she may have counters to some of his abilities.

You say he can sense chakra with no manga scan, and sensing something don't mean you can dodge and we all know he doesn't have the speed.
Not fast enough to dodge it. A Arrow would rip thru his Kaiten, he don't have Shinra Tensei to repel any flame. Neji doesn't know not to look a Uchiha in his eye you just makin things up
How can Neji see Amaterasu coming if he can only see chakra build-up. That makes absolutely no sense. Neji is a Taijutsu user meaning he can't get close to Sasuke because Sasuke's moveset is more diverse than Neji's is. you also forgot to note that Sasuke is able to use jutsu's while inside Susanoo. Neji has no moves that can get Sasuke out of Susanoo.
As I've said before Neji is a taijutsu user so Amaterasu would destroy him because we know that Sasuke can envelop himself with Amaterasu. ALso, Sasuke isn't a genjutsu user but as Tobi noted all it takes is one small genjutsu. And if you think Danzo is stronger than Neji then it stands to reason that Neji can be manipulated by a small genjutsu. And all Neji supporters keep talking about is Heavenly rotation but if Kakashi had to use Kamui and Danzo had to use Izanami then what makes you guys think that a move like rotation would be fast enough to deflect Sasuke's arrow or sword attacks.
Also, we've seen Sasuke use Amaterasu as another form of an ultimate defense when fighting Kabuto so there goes you're taijutsu. And we've already seen that Sasuke has chakra reserves to keep Amaterasu up for at least 10 minutes and use AMaterasu and use jutsu's. And you can't forget Kirin which would destroy Neji. All in all Sasuke is a more versatile character who has more wins against higher level opponents that we know for a fact that he could never beat.

Ok ok ok, so what Sharingan has "slow motion" movement tracking? But here is the thing, IF Neji lands 1 hit on Sasuke, he is done for.
Byakugan is no different from 3 Tomoe Sharingan other than copying movements. And besides, Byakugan has 360 vision, meaning no back stabbing or any tricky move.

Wat do u think he's going to do rotate for the entire fight? No sasuke can fight from a distance with chidori sharp spear n neji can't get close to him either from chidori nagashi

Neji beats Sasuke pre-shippuden and the beginning of shippuden, right now after eading their posts it's defintely arguable.
Don't even call me a Neji fanboy because I actually use logic and admit his weaknesseas and fights he'd lose.
I honestly thought (before reading this) that Neji gets wrecked but they provide valid points and you'd be ignorant as to ignore them bro.

NICE!!!! I love the Hyuuga style and Byakugan (I'm a fan of Hinata more so than Neji) but this has always bothered me, Amaterasu I kinda thought Maybee rotation would work, but I just can't see it stopping Susanoo and that 3 tomoe bomb thing Itachi and Madara used :/ I never really thought the vacume palm as a long range weapon (more of a medium) and that I don't believe it could hurt a susanoo unless there is some weak point like the water prison! And while I wished Hinata was much stronger, Neji deffinatly deserves some strength...he went from a complete nightmare for enemies to fighting on Hinata's level (which as much as I hate to admit, he should be above)

Im making things up? Jonin arent idiots, they are briefed with information about there opponent, and being a nin, its VERY important to know you opponent and make a way to attack him.
Unlike other manga, Naruto is more on a logical side here. Jonin and other ranks are suppose to have high intelligence.
Having seen Neji being more smarter than Sasuke, you know where can this lead to.

Can sasuke use chidori nagashi the whole fight? No. And also chidori nagashi is nothing compared to rotation.

I've coming of base soon but people posting against this have made a big mistake. Where on this thread did anyone say neji beats sasuke??? That is the mistake you have made we said he has good counters and are just making a good discussion.
Sasuke beats neji 7/8 times out of ten for me

Pre shippuden maybe it's still tough because of curse mark. Beginning of shippuden hell no he even still have his snake powers neji will lose

I'd say Sasuke would win too, but he got a major Character Development. Whereas Neji got none. So its obvious Sasuke wins, but Neji can potentially give him a beating. Still amazing how Neji is powerful with no character development ever since the beginning of Shippuden.
