how can they see him coming? i mean, Sasuke's MS wasn't able to see A, how can Gaara, Kakashi and Tsunade keep up? and you said it, ALMOST, if we say that she can keep that jutsu for like 5 minutes, you think A wouldn't be able to keep up with her?

Orochimaru is special case and he might theoretically end up as number 1 of all ever alive considering he can use Edo Tensei AND is immortal himself

Well I really think the duration of the technique is dependant on the amount of damage recieved and the amount of chakra she has in her reserves. And considering how Tsunade regenerated from the 3 Susano swords and 3 yasaka magatamas, and an extremely power katon, and healed 3 kages. Gave them all more chakra to fight and give Oonoki chakra twice. It stands to reason she can keep the technique operating for an extended period of time. And given the nature of her durability, even without the technique she will not die easily considering she's been cut in half long enough for Madara to get to Bee's location. And despite being in two she still has it in her to use jutsus.

you mean how she reacted when Raikage started talking? i see, so in fight on death he will obviously start talking when he's standing infront of Tsunade, seems legit

What? his fist started moving, and then she was shown moving. Nothing indicates that she started moving while he was still talking.

I agree with most of your list except I would put A and gai over gaara. A would also be over kakshi, tsunade, and orochimaru and gai would be over kakashi. You probably should take orochimaru off the list until we see how strong he is currently because he said he lost alot of power since he was sealed. Onooki's probably stronger than bee. If you want reasons why I think the characters I said go over certain characters just ask.

I would switch sasuke and Bee, and also I would switch Guy and Gaara. But overall good list!
