2. Obito
3. Naruto
4. Sasuke
5. Bee
6. Onoki
7. Kakashi/ Tsunade/ Orochimaru
8. Gaara
9. A
10. Guy
11. Terumi Mei​

characters are pretty good, but on bad places from my point of view, for 1 i don't see Kakashi, Gaara and Tsunade being better than A, than i am not sure about Oro being more than A as well, from my point of view Onoki = A and i dunno if Bee is more than Onoki and A, considering i am not buying the whole Bee's Lariat > A's Lariat, but that's maybe cause A is my most fav character, but still, dunno

A lost his arm. So with 1 arm he cant use ninjutsu. This is why i put him under the Kazekage.

Kakashi is smarter- and he has Kamui.
Orochimaru is immortal. And intelligent. And maybe the Kusanagi is useful against A.
Gaara has his ultimate defense and he can fly.

how can they see him coming? i mean, Sasuke's MS wasn't able to see A, how can Gaara, Kakashi and Tsunade keep up? and you said it, ALMOST, if we say that she can keep that jutsu for like 5 minutes, you think A wouldn't be able to keep up with her?

Orochimaru is special case and he might theoretically end up as number 1 of all ever alive considering he can use Edo Tensei AND is immortal himself

I hope you meant that first is Madara. If you're speaking about pure speed.. Without any Gates and Armors and stuff. Although with it Madara is not fastest cause he uses Dojutsu not Taijutsu at any point who's first then ?.. I give my guess to Naruto.
