I don't think so, he meant if he killed Naruto. Kurama would roam free.
I think my opinion differs a bittt from yours though. I don't think he predicted Madara to be revived or anything, more like he knew that Madara was still alive (from what he knew), and thus warned Sasuke about it in the long run. Of course Kurama could have meant something differently entirely.. maybe just a warning not to take the path of hatred or something xd

I like everything you stated but I only have one question.. Why would Kurama tell Sasuke not to take the path of darkness when Kurama was filled with darkness before Naruto and him became best friends?
