Kurama foretold Madaras coming?

I despise long threads, so I'm going to try and make it really short, and still get my mini-theory across
Also, apologies if this has been posted before,- I looked if it was made before, and it doesn't seem to have been, but if it has, I'm sorry.


So, I went and looked back at when Sasuke met Kurama, since I thought I'd find something, and I'm thinking I might have found out something interesting, so here it is;

^^ In this manga chapter/page, you can see Kurama talking about Madara to Sasuke, which to me, is a bit of a coincidence since on the next two pages;

Sasuke pops Kurama's manifestation and Kurama says that if he kills Naruto, that he's going to regret something, but it ends before he can say the rest. Which, I believe he was going to finish saying that Madara might/will (Since he might've foretold it, but since it was many chapters ago we see that Madara did actually come back) be coming back, and that Naruto is their only hope - and by killing him, the world was doomed.


Also, for people who think that Kurama would've killed off Sasuke when Naruto died and he escaped his body, it wouldn't be so because a tailed beast dies with the host for a short while (Or they die permanently, not sure which.)

And yes, I know I'm going to get flamed and whatnot, but I took the risk to try and tell you guys my theory, so.. Yeah xd Hope you enjoyed it.

I always wondered what the Kyuubi meant by this, then over time I just assumed he meant that Sasuke is taking a doomed path starting off by killing Naruto. As far as your theory goes.. I don't think it's fool proof but it's plausible. Kurama saw Minato sealing his chakra into Naruto and predicting that Naruto would be the one to defeat "Madara". The recent chapters support it a bit too:

yes, kurama may have disliked minato for sealing him back then, but now he has faith in minato and believes in naruto like his father did. good page to bring into this discussion. +rep

Yeah, he probably could've meant that instead I just came up with the theory really quickly right when I saw it, I didn't go too in depth with it, so there'll most likely be flaws and/or other alternatives that make more sense. I like your theory too though.

I think my opinion differs a bittt from yours though. I don't think he predicted Madara to be revived or anything, more like he knew that Madara was still alive (from what he knew), and thus warned Sasuke about it in the long run. Of course Kurama could have meant something differently entirely.. maybe just a warning not to take the path of hatred or something xd
