Also knowing about it and doing something about it are two completely diff things, two of the above you mentioned (Minato and Kakashi) have a variation of dimension travel. And I wouldn't add Fuu and Tourne (hell even konan as well, Madara doesn't have the continues 5 or 10 min attack, hell Madara won't even have the prep time either).

Minato proves that you dont need kamui to beat tobi, it is very clearly explained that there is a point in which he is vulnerable. meaning that any fast character that has figured out the secret has the chance to beat tobi. considering Madara probably is well aware of Kamui, i doubt that tobi is gonna be able to just pop up behind madara and suck him dry.... oh wait i mean into the other dimension....
