well if naruto had sharingan, it would use up a lot of chakra, because he doesnt have the kekkai genkai, just like kakashi with obito's. but that was a physical transplant. but if he didnt physically get one, and he doesnt have the kekkai genkai, how would he get it? sasuke had the ability to get MS when itachi gave it to him, and kakashi got it transplanted. that i want to know.
there the crow has sharingan too, because it is part of the genjutsu, not because it has actual sharingan, which would explain y the crow in your picture has it too

i dont think that naruto is getting cause only Uchiha can have it And the only one who has it who is not Uchiha Is Kakashi and we all know hy
It couldn't be Sharingan, that'd be really ridiculous. Only Uchiha can have Sharingan unless it's expertly transplanted. ><; You can't just get it by eating a genjutsu crow. :/

I think Itachi gave Naruto a power which is a total counter to the powers Itachi gave Susuke. Or something with which he could stop(or even kill a sharingan user). May be just because Itachi had a power like that, Madara ddint try to destroy Konoha before, now that he is dead, Madara has no threat.

to end this whole thread naruto is getting sherdiangan and well have the power to use black flames to get out of genjustus i got all this from my kin from japan so belive me or not and madara is not tobi or donzu hes just madara and saskue in naruto going to fight but no one going to die because it will be a even matach oh and i went to japan to see all of this and i have plenty off more stuff to all u guys but i cant let that out if any of u guys have any question well ask me

kishimoto has not written the chapter when naruto and sasuke clash again, it's not remotely possibly that someone in japan have seen that naruto gets the sharingan, ontop of that even if naruto got the sharingan from itachi it would be a lame ass gift since he would have not have enough sharingan experiance able to use it to defend himself against MS..
whatever naruto got he got so that he could survive Sasuke's MS, that's the only gift Itachi could have given him that makes sense. Why protection and not something offensive? well
1, he doesn't want his brother dead, rather his own life, his clan's life then his brother dying. He knows that Sasuke will defeat Naruto if he is able to use MS against him.
2, he knows that Madara had the power to control 9 tails - if Sasuke learned how to aswell he could release the Kyuubi and go nuts on Konaha and anything else
3, he understands that naruto is the only one in the world that would be able to change sasuke's mind, giving him enough time to do so makes sense
4, even if it was possible to give naruto not only sharingan but mangekyo sharingan having MS used in combat would lead to someone dying, he doesn't want Sasuke to overuse his MS so that he ends up blind (and defenseless) either, infact the best possible scenario is if Itachi had a way to make MS useless against naruto so that he would be forced to battle in other ways
If it will come to the point where he actually will have to kill Sasuke he wants it to be a conscious decision rather then something that instantly attacks the MS user.
So why did Itachi tell Naruto he wished it would never be a need to use his gift? It was not because he hoped that it would never get to the point where he actually had to kill Sasuke. It was because he hoped the secret of the Uchiha clan could still die along with himself.. that's what I think atleast
