Is the Naruto world over?

Well, I was a big believer in the Tobi = Izuna theory. Now that its revealed tobi is obito, I have lost some of my interest and excitement. Im back to "just reading" (keeping up with the story of) the manga.


The way things are going, it looks like the Naruto world will be over. Why do I say this? Madara defeated some of the strongest ninjas (kages) already. He and obito are close to defeating Naruto/Bee/Kakashi/Gai...[spoiler of 601: and who knows even the real naruto might be stuck forever in the other dimension of kamui].

One of the last things Sasuke told Itachi before his death was that he would still destroy konoha, so chances of sasuke helping konoha are slim (unless the one who knows everything changes the circumstances).


Here are a few possibilities of the story to have a "happy" ending:
1. Obito turns back to the good side thanks to Kakashi's lecture (lol) - yes I will still believe.
2. Sasuke (an uchiha) turns to the good side and make the a statement come true - only an uchiha can defeat an uchiha (i think itachi said it).
3. Naruto some how gains the ability of the sage of 6 paths (through the bijju names?) and prevents madara/obito's plan from coming to reality.

It's gonna be a mostly happy ending but some good people need to die first. And the old Toad Sage's proficy will come true and Naruto will bring peace to the world cause he is the boy of destiny. My opinion upon research of course

timeskip wouldnt help in the current situation because I doubt madara/obito would take a break from their plan when they have already started the moons eye plan

I think that there are a bunch of possibilities, but I like the one where naruto becomes so6p. We know the s06p was the one who created the ninja world, i.e. he created ninjutsu. We also know he was the ten-tails jinchuuriki. I think that if naruto becomes the so6p that he will seal the ten tails inside of himself. Maybe this will end the reign of the bijuu and the end of the ninja world as well? Maybe naruto will undo everything the sage did and return the world to a place without ninjutsu or bijuu? This is just a crazy theory of mine, but it would be interesting IMO. Any thoughts?

tbh, i dont think it would work. first problem, without the ninja world there would be no konoha. without konoha, there would be no hokage (lol). no hokage = no goals for naruto. xd

the rest of it, i think naruto going the s06p route would turn off a lot of readers - similar to how many disliked tobi being obito, maybe even more so. this would basically mean naruto becoming the all powerful ninja that no one can stop and i think many would dislike that type of story. not to say that it didnt stop kishi from doing something like that previously (with tobi = obito ).

Orochimaru and Sasukes gang is going to have to help fight Madara/Tobi for Naruto and them to have a chance. I dont think they will necessarily "cooperate" tho.
Or maybe the kages live and Konoha 11 aids. Either way, Team Naruto is way to worn out to fight a full battle.

I can see that that would upset people, but a manga has to end sometime. I think there's two possibilities: Naruto Becomes Hokage; this seems too obvious and predictable, or Naruto will become some kinda sacrifice, like a jesus-figure. His death will mean the end of the ninja world, and peace for the 5 great nations. That what I was trying to say. Maybe he gets named Hokage posthumously.
