Ok we are in a forest with a river near by
First I use
Lightning Clone-(Raikou Bunshin No Jutsu)
* Type:Supplementary
* Range:Short
* Chakra Cost:20
* Damage Points:10(if hit with taijutsu)
* Description: Creates a tangible clone out of electricity, that when struck delivers a massive shock to the system.
To make 3 clones
they run all around you to make a square shape with me in one of the corners
Then I me and all my clones use
(Raiton:Raijingu Sanda)-Lightning Style:Raging Thunder
• Type:Attack
• Range:Short
• Chakra cost:10
• Damage Points:20
• Descripton: Hits opponent with an electric field as a shield
so now you are traped
Then I jump up in the air and use
(Suiton:Koukasuijin)-Water Style:Hard Water Spike
• Type:Attack

• Damage Points:60
• Descripton: user Hits opponent with a huge highly condensed spike of water that drills the opponent in to the ground(no water source is needed to use this jutsu).

So it spits on the opponent on each turn till it gets a sensible pain, then it disapear. For that the opponent has to cause it at least 70 damage
Note: I have wrriten a pack with the rats by signing a pact with my blood and giving them a big amount of cheese

Though it appears that as long as significant pressure is placed against the blood in some form, the summon will be complete. There can be variations to the summoning steps, some ninja like Temari will wipe blood on her fan, then by swinging the fan the animal is summoned. Other ninja like Orochimaru wipe the blood across a snake tattoo on their arm first, then touch the ground.
