Description: The Gloves of the Beginning and Creation are a set of pure white, skintight chakra reinforced, leather gloves. The gloves have the ability to channel and retain moderate amounts of blast chakra. The gloves are normal shaped, except there is a large cut out of a circle where the palms are, allowing Selendrile to still wield his signature explosive clay. When Selendrile releases a clay figurine from his palm, the figurine will rub against the edges of the circular portion around the palm, absorbing moderates amounts of the stored chakra. This increases the damage of clay techniques passing through the Glove's by +10. However, when the glove's ability is used twice, the user must wait two turns in order for the chakra to recharge inside the gloves. They are also a suitable defense against minor projectiles, such as shuriken and kunai.

Description: The user creates a large pool of water that gushes upwards lifting the opponent into the air, after firing the enemy into the air, the user shoots numerous water bullets at them from the pool of water and then finishes by forming the water bullets into a water dragon which attacks the target, sending them crashing into the ground.

I then perform the Rat hand seal as you defend from the water, implanting my chakra to remain dormant in your system until activated.

Genjutsu: Kyuumin Shobatsu(Illusionary Technique: Dormant Punishment)

Description: The user will channel their chakra into their opponent's chakra via the Rat seal. The user's chakra will then remain dormant until the victim uses a technique B-rank or above. The resulting amount of chakra needed will cause the user's chakra to activate like a switch to cause the affects of the illusion. As the victim begins to channel their chakra for the technique they use, they will see several spiked chains shoot up and restrain them, wrapping all around their body and dragging them to the ground. The chains will gradually become tighter and tighter and the victim will feel the spikes of the chains sinking deeper into their bodies and also the lack of air from being restricted. Eventually, after so much tension, the victims will fall unconscious.
~This technique remains dormant for 3 turns only
~The technique (if activated) will render one's opponent unconscious after 2 turns.
~Can be used 3 times per battle

After, I wave my hand in front of me, releasing several blades of wind which end up combining into a single blade of wind, aimed at wherever you may be at the time.

Soon as i get blasted into the air due to the water explosion I quickly point my finger at you. As the water bullets starts to fly.. But not that many flew towards me.. Cause once i pointed my finger at you. You would have thought a beam came from my hand turning you into a chocolate turtle. leaving you paralyze. I waste no time and quickly spit out a llightning spear at your torso

Teno i don't believe your counter will work. As you're blasted into the air, you're distracted by the pain of it and the shock of what's happened, then as you recover and go to do your gen you're hit by the water bullets, which are A rank. The power of them would hit you as you tried to do your gen i think and smash you into the ground leaving you hurt. As you're hit the genjutsu would have been placed on you, so when you went to cast your gen you would of been bound anyway. So in general i don't think your counter works.

The way i see it is you're smashed into the ground by the water you never defended from and then hit by the wind.

Oh, and if you want to argue, don't do it here, and don't do it on my VM wall, respect my judgement or ask for a judgement from a higher authority, like Scorps, you seem to be fond of him O_<

Watch this video from 1:00, that's the jutsu. First time i've seen it, but it backs my judgement now that i've seen it. You can get back up from it in a game but this is rp where stuff goes by what would happen in the manga/anime, and from the looks of it, if that jutsu hit you Teno, you're counter would fail IMO.

cause im actually very nice on the base.. towards every mods and every sensei
i dont even fight alot on the base to argue about fights

so you and scorps comments on me complaining or never agreeing with you guys isnt a bad thing cause i have the right to share my opinions. (Which I accepted defeat on this one)
