tsunade's punches barely hurt oro,if guy goes gates,he attacks oro with his gated attacks only to witness oro's kawarimi,regeneration easily coming back and then kills guy,taijutsu/kenjutsu is useless to orochimaru.

Orochimaru wins high difficulty. Kakashi would have problems with snake summons alone (Manda) or even hydra Mode. Orochimaru himself would beat Gai, not simply Becuase he can withstand taijutsu for some time, but he's very unpredictable and could counter rarer easily.
