Hello there Shade, how are you this fine morning? You must be registered for see images
*Shade D Luciano appears at the edge of the lake with his hands in his pockets slowly walking towards his Primo*
Shall we?
That's good to hear and I'm pretty good myself thank you for asking.Doing well this fine afternoon. What about you Primo?
Well hopefully that's one of the last because this is only the tip of the iceberg. Okay now, I want you to walk over that lake and sit down while maintaining your balance and focus on the water itself.Damn >.>
Sorry if the answers aren't long enough. I wanted to get straight to the point.
- Water is a natural resource of Earth. It is used in our everday lives for drinking, cleaning, and cooling. If kept at low temperatures water will turn into ice. If kept at high enough tempatures the water will evaporate and create steam. Water is also a liquid.
- Water is weak to earth and strong against fire. Water can be powered up by wind and lightning.
- Water users from the anime/manga are Zabuza, The 2nd Hokage, and Kakashi.
- Chakra is a form of life energy that is contained in every living thing no matter how weak or small. Chakra is the essence of life and without it we cannot live. Shinobi utilize chakra in battle by using it to fuel very jutsu.
- Ninjutsu is an art used by every shinobi. It consist usually of different handseals being weaved and the user utilizing his or her chakra to perform offensive, defensive and supplementary jutsu.
*The tide suddenly starts rising as you are bathe by strong waves*I gather chakra in my feet so that I made walk on water. One step at a time, I make my way to the center of the lake while slowly breathing in and out. As I arrive at the middle of the lake I sit down with my feet crossed. As I sit on top of the lake I feel the serenity and movement of the water around me.
Apologizes for the delay, I've been a tad bit busy.I concentrate on that certain feeling from when the water began to move. I release more chakra and the wave get bigger.

Yes sensei.
Strong points
Weak points
- This technique can be used to distance one's self from their opponent, by the gust of wind being strong enough to force them back. The strength of the wind could be used to not only force your opponent back away from you, but it could push them into objects like a rock or a tree, or get you out of range of a jutsu you may be in range of (primarily close or mid ranged)
- The dust this jutsu could pick up from preforming this jutsu could also cloud the sight of your opponent, giving you the opprotunity to get out of sight and used ambush based attacks (if that's your game plan) or escape from a situation you feel is out of your immediant range of thinking. Also the diversion it could play for the moment, blinding your opponent could give you the immediant go ahead to follow through with another jutsu that they wouldn't expect.
- Lastly, this jutsu comes in handy for deflecting and enhancing projectiles. When in terms of your opponent throwing projectiles towards you, you could use this jutsu, the gust of wind, being stronger then the natural strength of a shinobi's thrust in throwing projectiles like basic kunai or shuriken, would force them back towards one's opponent or simply render their attack towards you uselses by neutralizing the velocity at which it travels and they'll fall to the ground prematurely. In terms of you throwing your own projectiles, shooting your gust of wind in conjunction with the direction of your projectiles would increase the speed of the weapons and also how much force is behind them, meaning they head quicker to your opponent (harder to evade) and if they hit, the force behind it will cause more damage (via deeper wounds from penetration).
Combinations-strategies Primarily I see this jutsu as being a great use with simple projectiles like shuriken or kunai. You could toss your weapons and the wind traveling in conjunctin could add speed and penatration power. You. Also a wind-fire combination, using a fire based jutsu (if you have the training that is) and then using this jutsu to enhance the potency and range of the flames. However if both jutsu exhale from the mouth, this jutsu may need to be used by another party such as a shadow clone or summon. I could also see this technique useful for getting off the ground, shooting the flow of wind dowards and that could set you up for an arial attack to use against your opponent.
- For larger projectiles like fuma Shuriken or anything with a greater density, the wind may have a harder time deflecting them if thrown by your opponent.
- Since this is a relitave lower level jutsu, any fire technique would be able to make it's way through the winds and that would be an easy counter for this jutsu as well.
- Also considering the territory, if in a territory where there is a lot of dust. When this jutsu is preformed, just as you could use it as cover for another attack or an escape, your opponent could use it in the same way. The dust being between the two of you (if enough is gathered that is) could block your sight of your opponent, which is always a flaw that could be used against you.
Ways to counter this technique Using a fire jutsu to force through the flames, making it useless, or using a more powerful wind technique to render their winds useless and also to dispell the sand/dust. Also a jutsu of any kind that could provide a mass of movement in the opposite direction with strong enough force to combat the winds like a powerful/large flow of water or large amounts of earth (via earth jutsu) that would prove to be to dense for the winds to move, also if the earth is moving at it's own velocity towards their opponent, the winds could be useless. Also blocking the winds with some sort of barrier works just as good too.

Tori!
*I make the bird seal and I begin to inhale through my nose. I breath in from my diaphram, feeling the wind chakra deep inside my body. I feel the flow channeling from my diaphram into my lungs and I exhale through my mouth. The air coming out of my mouth, fused with my chakra creates a gust of wind, gathering the minirals from the ground (the dust) and creating a large gust of dusty wind, which disperses from a steady stream into the air after s certian distance*
Sensei is this good? ^^
This is one of the most basic yet useful water techniques we have. I want you start focusing your chakra and attempt to mimic it as you think of the water you've been meditating around. I then want you to release your water chakra beneath you and manipulate a small source of it to rise. By using shape manipulation you will turn that source of water into a wave that heads towards your desired location.(Suiton No Jutsu) - Water technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary/Attack/Defence
Range: Short-Mid
Damage Points:20
Description: Creates small waves of water, small blasts, and small shields of water.
Note: Doesn't require a water source but can be used to manipulate existing water.
OOC: Sorry for the delay, I was out of town for the entire half of the week and weekend.Strong points
Weak points
- This jutsu can be used in multiple ways. This can lead to many strong combinations especially when used on top of a water source.
- This justu does not require handseals so the opponent gets no warning that this technique is coming at him.
- A water source isn't needed so the water can be created anywhere as long as it is withing range.
Combinations-strategies If I were to use a jutsu such a stone spikes, the inexperienced Rp'er would use a jutsu such as nagashi to counter. I could take this opportunity to create a burst of water in front of my opponent which would drench them leading to my opponent socking himself.
- This jutsu causes almost zero damage to the use so it cannot be used on the offensive
- This jutsu can potentially be the death of you if the opponent counter with a lightning technique
- This jutsu is a waste of a jutsu slot.
Ways to counter this technique Using a jutsu to block this technique in most cases would be silly. Though if I abosoluetly had to block this I will create a pillar using Earth Style Technique to block the water entirely.

I gather my chakra at the core of my body. I then concentrate on the feeling I got when I was meditating around water. By doing this I convert my stored chakra into water chakra. I release the newly created chakra below to and manipulate the water around me with it to create a small wave.
I want you to focus your water chakra inside of your mouth. You will open up our mouth as you release water in the form of a mist by separating the water particles apart, allowing you to turn the actual liquid water into a mist. You will continue to release the mist from your mouth as it covers a medium range distance or the distance you require it to. This can also be done by manipulate a nearby water source by bringing forth water particles and splitting them apart, allowing you to make water vapor aka a mist.(Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidding in Mist Jutsu
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short/Mid
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.
OOC: Put a bit more effort into the descriptions please ^_^Strong points
Weak points
- You opponent loses sight of you
- You can sense you opponent
- Can easily be created through you mouth
Combinations-strategies
- Almost any wind technique can blow this away
- Cant fool Byakugan users
- No offensive or defensive ability
A good strategy is to chain Silent Homicide after creating the mist. Once the opponent tries to get rid of the mist you can use that opportunity to take them out.
Ways to counter this technique
This can easily be counter with a simple blast or gust of wind.
I gather my water chakra from inside my body and I then mold it into a mist in which I continue to breathe out to make the entire battlefield covered in mist.
Similar to the first technique you learned, I want you to focus water chakra throughout your desired hand as you manipulate the water molecules around the air and bring them closer together. By utilizing shape manipulation you will bring the molecule together and materialize a small source of water around your hand that you shape manipulate into a sword. This can also be done by manipulating an existing source of water.(Suiton: Mizu Kuri No Yaiba) - Water Style: Sword of Draining
Rank: D
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage Points: 20
Description: A technique that utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like with a normal blade.
Note: Doesn't require a water source.
