ok then,she healed from madara's yasaka magatama in seconds,anything short of 7 gates gai wont make her flnch,she was able to hit madara,who had the ems,so hitting guy wont be impossible,guy cant block her punches,if he tries that he will ge blown apart,he can pummel her all he wants,she will get back up immediately,one punch will kill him,kunais arent gonna do much either,and if giy uses 6-7 gates,he will leave himself vulnerable after the attack,which she will heal from. Also didnt kisame tank guy's daytime trigger?,then what will it do to tsunade?,she is skilled in dodging and evasive moves,guy might be faster,but so was madara,who also had yhe ems to predict her moves and was in his susanoo,yet she punched right thrpugh the susanoo and blew his upper half body apart with a single punch,her kick sent a shockwave that levelled abt 2 houses as a side effect.
I dont see a way for guy to beat her at all. She dosent even need SOH,genesis rebirth/yin seal release will do as she survived light travel with it.
