its not that im denial about him being obito, i just cant accept it until a whole bunch of questions are answered. once those questions are answered, i wont have any problems accepting he is obito

Forgot about that, but didn't Itachi explain to Sasuke that he needed the Magekyou? However, you're right and I guess we will have to wait and see whether it is really Obito.
A Tragedy of the Ninja World: Uchiha Obito
I love Obito being Tobi, even though I gave up on that dream around the time Minato was shown fighting him, for obvious reasons. However... I need something more convincing then he blames the world for Rin liking Kakashi and not him... I thought about it for a bit... and thought of what he did to Sasuke.
He had Zetsu retrieve Sasuke after his battle with Itachi in an unconscious state and patched him up (Sasuke woke up with bandages, etc.) Then, he went on to tell him the "True Stroy about Uchiha Itachi" and the "History of the Uchiha Clan". After this, Sasuke went batshit and became, well, pretty fu*kin' evil.
Maybe someone (Can't say who, but the popular theories are Madara or Zetsu) saved him, patched him up and feed him a similar story, however, one the went to Obito's line of thought.
This would be simple as Obito was a major fan of the Uchiha clan. He loved being a member of it, as I'm sure you all remember, and if he was convinced that the village had been discriminatory against them and planned to wipe them out at some time, that could've been the birth of, "Tobi".
However, I believe that was just spilling the gasoline. Who ever saved him arranged for an 'accident' to befall Rin and had made it looked like it was Konoha's fault; something along the lines of 'if they need to sacrifice x number of lives to save y number of lives when x<y, they will.
This accident would be the flame of vengeance that ignited Obito's hate for the world. Who ever saved him manipulated him to the point that he became the man that he is today. This coincides with everything he's spoke about thus far in the manga, the wheel of vengeance.
And also, he holds a grudge against Kakashi after being twisted so much.
"I got this eye in the battle of Kannabi Bridge... Where YOU got be called the 'Hero with the Sharingan'." I interpreted this as him saying this accusingly, as if Kakashi had stolen his spot-light, after Obito had saved him AND given the Sharingan.
"I told you not to open your mouth so easily. Your just words and no actions, what someone like you says is worth nothing! It's to late to regret... Reality is just cruelly moving forward."
Tobi is convinced Kakashi is all bark and no bite because the last time they met, the only thing he ever asked of Kakashi was to 'protect Rin'. He wanted the girl he loved to live and see the future. Kakashi promised, and, as it would seem... he didn't do a great job. He couldn't do what he said he would. This would only make Obito's slide into darkness more greased.
