J-man is far stronger than kakashi but kakashi is the strongest jonin in the villageSanin are at the kage level.Kakashi couldnt beat orochimaru when he was sealing the curse on sasuke.Sharingan cant copy his hermit jutsu and the MS jutsu could be avoided as seen in the dedira fight. it would be a good match but kakashi would losebut we`d see some more of is 1000 jutsu.

2-have MS and its hard 2 avoid
3-know alot of jutsu
4- pretty smart
5- he is stong at taijutsu 2
6- and know many of genjutsu
