my theory is that somehow his MS awakened when he was about to die and it teleported him into that dimension of his, and time passes differently there, faster to be specific so it made him taller and he trained there how to control his new MS so that he could destroy Iwa, than one day he finally teleported away and heard Kakashi telling someone that Rin's death was his fault, so Obito got pissed and turned evill, don't like it? i don't care
