Tobirama is a pretty popular character so people put him on a high pedestal. I personally also think he is very powerful but I don't take VS threads involving him seriously because he is all hype and has done nothing. If we go with feats from his fight against Hiruzen, he is around Zabuza's level.

I agree with this one the most. If you want a thread to become popular but you are using minor characters, you have to pit them up against these legends. For example, if you want a Neji thread to become hot, you have to tell people that he can beat EMS Sasuke. If you want a Temari thread to go hot, you have to pit her up against Hashirama.
