Looks: Giovanni is a tall, slim and muscular person. Unlike other members of his clan he has blonde, shaggy, shoulder length hair which he never binds. When it comes to clothing he is rather fashionable. He at all times wears black tuxedo pants with a large belt attached to them. On his upper body he wears a white shirt which he keeps unbuttoned at the top. On top of the shirt he carries a black vest and sometimes even a black suit jacket, though usually he only carries the buttoned up vest. He wears comfortable and elegant shoes which allow him to walk with ease. He carries blue sunglasses at all times.

Personality: Giovanni is a person with a very short temperament thus he is easily angered. He does not approve of violence nor does he encourage it but sometimes he simply loses control of his body and gets into rampages and unnecessary fights. He is warm and friendly towards his family members and friends but he can be quite dangerous when angered. In battle he tends to lose control and ends up destroying everything in his path but when truly necessary he remains calm and thinks tactically. He always has a cigarette when not battling. At times, Giovanni seems to be a pervert, telling un-appropriate jokes and comments.

In order to perform this technique the user needs to be in touch with the ground or object he is covering. In case someone uses Earth Release when this technique is activated (for example someone raises a plateau or pillar) only the top layer will be covered in Francium unless the user creates a thicker layer (more than half a meter beneath the ground). In that case B-rank and below Earth Release techniques cannot be used (within reason).

Background Info
History:
Early Life
Giovanni was born in early November in the Hyuuga main branch family. Even as a baby Giovanni was always calm as a baby as he is today as an adult. He grew tall for his age and got into the academy with 8. He was promoted to chuunin after successfully performing the Clone technique. He participated in the Chuunin exams with 11 years and was promoted to the rank of Chuunin. He was always considered a talent in Taijutsu. With 12 he became a Jounin. Being skilled as he is he decided to begin a journey through the 5 countries to become stronger. He departed from Konohagakure with 14 years.
In search for power
Giovanni left the Land of Fire traveling and fighting bandits getting stronger and stronger. He left the Land of Fire and went to the Land of Rain. There he met an Akatsuki member called Gobi Gobletsson. Gobi was a humungous, bearded shinobi viking who taught Giovanni many things such as how to use Lightning Release, Genjutsu and even the power to manipulate ones facial hair, Dance of the Bearded Sage. Gobi and Giovanni had then separated due to Giovanni continuing his traveling. To this day Giovanni sends a message from time to time with his gulls.
After departing from the Land of Rain, Giovanni grew older, stronger and faster. He was turning into an adult slowly but surely while continuing to attain power. His path got him to the Land of Stone and the village of Iwagakure where he met Hazama and Rokusho. Hazama became a very close friend and teacher to Giovanni after showing him how to manipulate Fire, Earth and Water for a while. Hazama got sick for a while so he could not continue Giovanni training. Giovanni left Hazama with eternal gratitude for his help and promised he would see him again. Rokusho taught Giovanni how to manipulate Earth helping him master the element.
Giovanni left Iwagakure and continued his traveling eventually ending up in the Land of Lightning and Kumogakure. There he met the Eight Tails Jinchuuriki Kirabi. Kirabi showed Giovanni how to properly wield a blade thus teaching him Kenjutsu. Giovanni became skilled at Kenjutsu and his physical capabilities became even better. He left Kumogakure after his short stay deciding he wants to return home.
After Kumogakure Giovanni visited Sunagakure and his old friend and teacher The Pervy Sage who had on many occasions they met in given Giovanni tips. He had also concluded Giovanni's training in Ninjutsu.
After leaving Kumogakure, Giovanni had finally crossed the border and returned to the Land of Fire, his home. He had already grown tall and muscular now being 18 years old. After four years of training he still had some things to learn so he returned to Konoha and spoke to his elders. Coyote agreed to finish Giovanni's training and help him master Water. Giovanni liked the element so much he got extremely adapt to using it making it his elemental affinity. Dante agreed to improve Giovanni's Taijutsu skills even further even if they were already at a high level. This allowed Giovanni to become a Taijutsu Specialist increasing his overall strength and speed.
Together with Coyote he had developed Francium Release, a special element based on Earth.
Making friends
During his journey Giovanni had made many friends not counting in his teachers. He had his good friends in Konohagakure with which he could always fool around and have fun with such as Cookie M, -Logic-, Darijan and Coyote. He had always been good with everyone but those are his closest friends.
Along with having friends in Konoha, Giovanni had made many friends in Iwagakure. His two closest friends from Iwagakure are Mattobi and Kerrah. Giovanni had developed a very deep, almost brother like bond with these two always being able to speak openly with them and always fooling around. He gets along with them extremely well because they enjoy the perverted jokes the three of them make. Along with being friends with them, Giovanni has also developed a friendly rivalry with these two, always sparring against them when he gets the chance to do so.
Joining the Family
After returning home, Giovanni stayed there for quite a while not wanting to leave again, but after three years of staying in his village with his friends and family, Giovanni had decided to go on another, shorter journey. He left the village with 23 years not knowing where he is headed. Traveling north he had entered a small country, the Land of Mountains. Never being there before he entered a tavern to sleep there over the night. Sitting at the bar and enjoying a bottle of sake, a group of people in suits attacked Giovanni. All of these had rings on their fingers with strange symbols. At first Giovanni thought he might be dealing with Akatsuki, but he knew that wasn't the case. He had fought bravely but he was greatly outnumbered. The people managed to knock him out.
After being knocked out for three days, Giovanni woke up in a prison cell being bound by ropes. He yelled for days wanting to be freed but no one had replied. He would be brought one meal a day which he barely managed to eat due to the ropes restricting him. After growing tired of yelling he simply went silent and then is when the door of his cell opened. Five people with rings on their fingers and wearing suits entered the cell. Their leader, Mathias explained who they are and why they had captured Giovanni. At that point Giovanni had recognized the people in the room. Mattobi and Hazama were there along with Blizzard and DJ Malik. He had met them all during his stay in Iwagakure. Mathias had dropped his old name he had in Iwagakure along with them and they all took in the new name of Luciano. They explained they had captured him in order to offer him a place in their family. After considering it, Giovanni accepted being willing to spend more time with his old friends and teachers.
After taking the name of Luciano, Giovanni had regained his strength he had lost in his captivity and got back to his old self. He was warmly accepted in the Luciano Family meeting new people but finding more of his old friends he had met before. Giovanni now switches between living with his real family and his other family. Who knows where his journey might take him next?

Other
Water Release- After his training and excessive use of Water Release, Giovanni has become very adapt to using it thus making it his first elemental affinity allowing him to use Water Release at a much faster rate then a regular shinobi. He can use Water Release technique with one hand seal.
Earth Release- During his training, Giovanni had developed his second affinity Earth Release. He can perform Earth Release techniques at a faster rate than usually but with the same amount of hand seals.
Francium Release- During his travels he had discovered a curious metal and had developed an element based on the metal. He is able to gather and use Francium in battle.
Taijutsu - Due to being born in the Hyuuga clan and his excessive use of Taijutsu, Giovanni had developed his skills becoming a Taijutsu specialist granting him a bit more speed and than that of a regular shinobi. He is also very acrobatic and flexible.
Weaponry- He carries two pouches on his belt in which he carries a large amount of weapons and tools such as kunai, shuriken, senbon, ninja wire, explosive tags, flash and smoke bombs etc. He can draw them easily and rather quickly due to his speed and reflexes. He always has a kunai in his sleeve in case he needs a weapon quickly. Usually he carries a Naginata spear on his back which he uses for combat.
