That's no proof, it could as well mean that Obito took 4 years more than kakashi to become a chunin, besides naruto wiki is no valid source.. Just like wikipedia isn't a valid sorce for anything...

Anyway, how come Obito is adult while Kakashi, Gai and Kurenai look like they are in their teens and are treated as ones by adults?
People aren't mad because Tobi wasn't who they wanted, they are mad because Kishi opened a can of worms with his choice for Tobi.

Tobi shouldn't be Obito. He should be the brother. It was said that he died just because his eyes were taken. Tobi has proven that body parts can be replaced. So...... Where is Izuna.
If it stands, and somehow Tobi actually is Obito. It could easily be said that he has been bake in time and seems no way for lease to survive in their world. So he comes up with this plane. We can't forget that Madara was alive to help Itachi kill his family, that's a fact that can't be changed.

Kakashi became a Chunin when he was 6.
Obito & Rin didn't graduate from the academy until they were 9.(Confirmed in the data book.)
They took the exam the same year.
There is no way that Obito & Rin could have taken part in the Chunin exams before becoming Genin. Obito & Rin are 4 years older then Kakashi.
Obito died when he was 13. The databook confirms this, it was never actually stated how old Kakashi was. Since Kakashi was four years younger that makes him 9.
The Kakashi Gaiden takes place 5 years before the fox attack, because Kakashi was 26 at the start of the series, so he was 14 when Naruto was born. That would make Obito 18.

but by the chapter 599 it\s confirmed , that Kakashi and Obito where attending the same Chuunin exams.
But to me , Obito in chapter 599 = has the same height as naruto did in part one , that makes him 12,13.
And would mean , that he died few months after the events of chapter 599.
And Kakashi seems to be younger than Obito , maybe Obito had faster growth rate compared to Kakashi.
But I believe , that Obito was one year older than Kakashi.

They were all about the same age in Kakashi Gaiden.

Ofcourse when you start you begin at the very bottom, but if you show great advancements you are promoted. Similar to the "gifted" programs we have in our world which lets younge students enroll in classes for a higher age group because of their superior intelligence.
Also I know the Naruto wiki isn't official but it is a reliable source of information.

Yeah... seeing Kakashi was 7-8 years old when he became Chunnin that would probably make him around (not it said 6 years YOUNGER than naruto- not at the age of 6 years). That means around Obito's death, Kakashi would be around 10-12 when Obito died, and about 4-5 years later Obito would indeed be at least 18-20 years of age

They were different ages when they became Chuunin, Obito was 11 and Kakashi was 6. Obito was promoted two years after Academy graduation. Kakashi was promoted after 1 year of Academy graduation.

Anyway, nice selective thinking you got going there. Kakashi was 13 at the time of Kakashi Gaiden if Obito was 4 years older he would have to be 17 at the time of his death.
There's clearly a difference between a 9 year old and a 13 year old. Kakashi, Rin and Obito looked the same age and databooks says they were both 13 in Kakashi Gaiden.
