Oro without the use of his arms,weakened,his body rejecting him spammed his rebirth multiple times as well as ten tousand snakes tech while toying with kn4 naruto,he was absorbed by sasuke i his deathbed,and was still able to do hydra mode. He spams far,far more than kakashi can:|

I really really like Kakashi.. He's a favorite character. But so many people over power his kumai. Dude... Its a defensive ability... HE HAS USED IT OFFENSIVLY ONCE....ONCE PEOPLE. Sweet Jesus it pisses me off to no extent... Orochimaru now that I think of it would most definatly win. Now that does mean Kakashi isn't strong, or cool. Because hes much cooler then Orochimaru and he's very strawnk. But he has limits like everyone else. He has so many weaknesses its pitiful.

that was early part 1. databook and manga implies kakashi is stronger pretty much every time we see him to the point hes used multiple raikiri and kept sharingan active throughout the obito battle, and even fought against multiple V2 jinchurikis
