must see ch-399,pg-14 u will see the three uchihas the centre one is revealed as tobi in ch-599, one can compare there faces by zooming they are same except in ch-599 it is shown that this guy has marks..... so the boy which is shown in ch-399 is not obito but uchiha shisui.....one should compare the boy in ch-399 with the boy in ch-599 where the pic should be the left one where his full body his shown and dont compare it with the face pic....... i dont have computer. i am using mobile, somebody should compare and post for me...
