How is she useless? She:saved Kankuro's life, was the only person to ever come up with an antidote to Sasori's poison, helped push Sasori to his last legs, ran the entire medical corps during the Pain invasion, and found out zetsus were copying people.

Isn't Sakura at least in the 1-15 ranking tier in popularity polls? You may argue that she's the main character but that's not really stopping people from voting for others.
Errors based on what? Universal general laws or because you say so? Who is looking foolish, me being able to counter something or you acting this way?

She wasn't trying to trick him. She was trying to take the burden off of Naruto. She felt bad that she made him promise her to bring Sasuke back; attempting to fix this, she thought that making up a confession would make Naruto stop trying to bring Sasuke back (this is because she thought Naruto is only keeping her promise because he loves her, which is what Sai told her) If she faked a confession, she thought Naruto would stop pursuing Sasuke since she no longer wants Sasuke to come back, giving the impression that she moved on to Naruto.
Obviously, that was not very smart. But overall, the whole scene was trying to show the lengths that Sakura would go to make Naruto feel better, and that she was willing to take the burden by herself (although we know that she can't fight Sasuke by herself, it's the fact that she felt bad that she always had to depend on Naruto to get Sasuke back)
Sakura was not in any way trying to be desperate or trying to "use" Naruto.

Sakura is...a tough character to feel well towards. She is definitely Kishi's biggest mistake. And not because he created a terrible character (she in fact had/has massive potential to be a great character), but because he never developed her as much as Naruto and Sasuke. I know that they were big, but Sakura was supposed to be there with them along the way the entire time. She was supposed to be developed and grow as much or nearly as much as them. But they went on, and she reverted. She still has potential to become a good or great character. But for now she is still a mistake in my opinion (she would be fine if she weren't supposed to be a main character on a level just below Naruto and Sasuke. But she is! And she should have been developed like one).

I can't think of a character that has only pros or cons. I'm not trying to make a "show off" thread where I demand people to read the OP before declaring any feelings towards Sakura.. I just want to remind some of the manga's events and maybe shed some light on a new angle of viewing it. My hope is for people to reevaluate their thoughts after this thread before deciding that they hate/love Sakura.
I feel like a good portion of Sakura's "haters" are extremely verbal in their actions.. they don't like her and they'll show it in any way possible at times. Not all of them are like that though - take Fizzy after all (although he isn't really a hater). Most of the anger comes from the bandwagon effect though. This Liar Game page reminds me of it a bit:

The only reason of DISLIKE I saw as being mature enough it was SasuNaru13 (or something like that) and I respected it. (Can be confirmed by the user itself).
