*I start gathering and focusing my fuuton chakra and once I have gathered enough of it I start channeling the previouslly gathered and focused fuuton chakra towards my right hand and once I have channeled it I start waving my right hand and I release the previously channeled fuuton chakra from my right hand in the form of multiple blades of wind wich then merge into one big sharp wind scythe that goes towards your clone.*

This version cannot be thrown. If you get sage mode, then you can throw it. As for the countering, since the opponent has to get mid range from you, you can easily use a fire jutsu to make them stop or just don't let them get in range for them to hit you.
