Starts singing:
Wind is one of the five basic nature transformation it's performed by manipulating chakra to be sharp and thin as posible.The wind techniques are mostly mid to long range ofensive tecniques,and are usualy performed by generating air cirkulation.It also can be chanaled into blades to increase their cuting power.It's a prety rare nature.
Wind is strong against lightning because it is a natural electrical insulator but weak against fire because the flames are fuelled by air,also it can be used in conjuction with fire to make it more pwerfull the same goes for water.
It's the component of ice release and dust release.
A few wind jutsus:Vacuum sphere,Vacuum sword,rasenshuriken,whirlwind fist,blade of wind...
A few wind users:naruto,nagato,temari,asuma...

So. Sit down and stop singing, time for some meditation to get to know the wind element and unlock your ability to control it.
*I send my chakra into the air to make the environment stormy*

Whilst you meditate for... 4 hours, you focus on your wind chakra and on what you feel. Then once you are done tell me what you felt.
*sits down beside you and starts reading the newspaper*

*I start meditating focusing my wind chakra after four hours I see you're still reading newspaper so I make the ground benath you shake.*

Ok I felt that the winds breeze and it is refined and sharp and can change it's shape and properties meh I don't know I'm dumb for this stuff

Haha, well it is okay. I shall not torture you with that questions any longer

*puts a leaf in your hand*

Try to focus your wind chakra into your hand and use it to cut the leaf with. You are able to cut the leaf using wind chakra for wind is the sharpest element.

Go ahead and give it a try ^_^

*I take the leaf.I put it between my hands and concentrate realy hard and gather a great deal of chakra and Imagine two wind curents clashing and grinding with eachoter thay refine and sharpen their edge I refine and sharpen them for quite some time and the leaf cuts in two?*

Description: User creates a wall of spinning wind in front of him that is used to push back weapons thrown towards him. It can also be used against taijutsu close range attacks, but the wall can be pushed back with a stronger wind jutsu or if a smoke bomb or explosive tag touches the spinning wind they will automatically get activated because of the sharpness of the wind element, damaging the user also.

This is the last thing I learned altough even that wasn't checked only the first one was.

*I start gatherin and focusinf my fuuton chakra I focus hard on my wind chakra making it very sharp once I have done that I release the previously gathered chakra infront of me and I manipulate it so it makes the wind infrom of me spin creting and rumbling wall of wind.*
