Nagato has linked vision too through the use of summons.

Nagato takes this mid difficulty since all his jutsus have less drawbacks and more power if he does them as opposed to Pain. Also the paths can only use one jutsu unlike Nagato who is the master of all paths. Also bare in mind that Nagato has sensing abilities as well as the mastery of the five elements.

Also remember that Nagato himself was owning Bee and KM Naruto unlike Pain who was defeating Sage mode Naruto.
