so i try...
i concentrate wind chakra in me , now conentrate it through the air, so every atom of my wind chakra is one by one with normal air ...
so I begin to spin it , more ... more... hi intensivity ...
its so fast ... so much chakra , i can`t even see through it ... no I can bat very beadly...
so i use

Type:Attack/Defence
Rank: D
Range:Short
Chakra Cost:10
Damage Points:20
Description: A wall of spinning wind that can push back weapon attacks and enemies
using taijutsu.
is it ok ???

very good ^^ well it was last wind D rank and you can learn C rank only then you get to 400 posts.. I suggest you to go and post in either forum games forum or in Konoha town threads..
