One of the main points that people are bringing up in support of Tobi being Kagami is that Tobii knows space time jutsu and learnt it from the second. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't Tobis S/T jutsu directly related to his sharingan, so he couldn't have learnt it from the second because he couldn't teach Kagami because he didn't have one.

Also when Tobi released the 9tails from Kushina... he knew so much about the ways of Kohona also he had Obito's eye then... Kakashi was only a boy (already Obito's eye) at this time being held in the forest for his protection with gui and the other kids of his generation...

so that has to rule out any chance it is Obito... as Tobi was the 4th Hokage's size when fighting him... and Kakashi being Obito's age was only a kid...

Itachi saying "why did mom and dad have to go out now"

Did anyone ever consider just how much contact Tobi and Madara had? We know Kishi said in an interview that they knew eachother, but just what did Madara tell tobi? There are theories that states Madara ressurected his brother, or that it's obito, which most agree is unlikely due to age, minatos fight with tobi, etc.. Others suggest Kagami, and others the ramen guy....

However, it appears that Tobi had to gather much info on his own, for instance:

shows that he went to read on the secret uchiha stone, which if I remembers contains the informations about how to control Kurama, however, then he must have done that before the incident, but why didn't madara just tell him, since he had already used kurama against hashirama?

Also Madara seemed to know a lot about edo tensei, since he was able to neglect the edo tensei release, while Tobi knew nothing about Edo Tensei. Kabuto even lied to him about the seal to release edo tensei, which he didn't seem to notice (though mask is ideal for a poker face).

And as for Izuna, if Tobi is Izuna why would he need Obitos eye? If he has Madaras eyes, he should just use them, and he would have the same powers as the Madara we see now? Cause apparently he has hashiramas cells as well, as we saw his face in that statue. Although this can't be used as prove yet, since he may still use Madaras eyes, since he seems pretty good at switching...

Well i mentioned here my theory, where i stated that Obito and Naruto really resemble each other at the beginning. Als Obito wanted to do it on his own, change the World ignore the rules. And Itachi himself says, Naruto can also become this way. This means that Itachi for sure knows how tobis realy attitude is or was~

But that is in fact also the way Madara was, but in the end when he made peace and founded konoha, he just couldn't accept the situation and became like that as well. So Itachi may just refer to that.

We dont know that u show me a picture of Tobi, as we know he is not madara, itachi seemed to reasearch for tobi~ Maybe they talked about it and Itachis analytical Skills are far above anyone. So i just think he knew how tobi was, but not how "madara" was. We do not know, if Itachi ever met and knew how the real madara thought~ As well we can think about Tobi faking Madara Id, so he sure will follow "real" Madaras attitude, but Itachi seemed to knew him better after he joined Akatsuki~

Madara said himself that he died shortly after awakening the rinnengan, which was given to Nagato, so he must have died around the time of nagatos birth, since madara also knew nagatos name.

This is as well not proven yet, yes he knows him, but we do not know if he gave his Rinnegan to Nagato before his death. It does not make sense. How would Madara found Nagato so fast, when he knew he was going to die shortly before activating his own Rinnegan. Madara cannot look into the future ;D

But we know that Orochimaru experimented on Madara.

Me as Madara would know instantly if it was Rinne Tensei that awakend me or something else. I mean Madara would not have his Eyes anymore, so he would know that its not Rinne Tensei but the thing that he thought that must mean he did not gave away his "own" eyes to nagato~

This means we still not know when Madara died.

Tobi does NOT use MS to phase. Its just a 3 tomo Sharingan. Tobi's MS jutsu is the same as Kakashi's. Its Kamui. Except Kakashi's is long range and Tobi's is short ranged.

And he also was not fully crushed it just squeezed him hard. Crushed would mean = Sharingan destory with half of his brain. Thats Instant death~
