Better Villain Madara or Tobi

Im gonna go with Madara on this. Why? because he actually Set up the moons eye plan.


Madara has actually shown that EVIL side of him for example,

He just hates the Senju.. but only respects Hashirama.. Hates for no reason.

He doesn't like weak people..
He is pure hatred..

Tobi is basically a guy following a plan.. and then decided to do something of his own.

Again, this is all personal preference. Tobi is the more complex villain and that's why I like him. Also, the way Tobi talks about Eye of the Moon Plan, it seems like he's been working for it a lonnnnnnnng time. Madara said literally one thing about it so I don't see why people conclude that its his plan.

Oh yeah, Tobi's personality is better in my opinion.

Tobi by a long shot. Why would a character who's done literally nothing but complain about a fight he doesn't have to participate in when he COULD be advancing the plot be better than the villain fighting THE main characters?

Why would he like that the most powerful ninja, who happened to be his partner, was now under the complete control of a crazy man who wants no part of his plans and could force them to fight eachother against his will? And if you didn't notice, Tobi's been trying to take the 8 and 9 tails for about 100 chapters now. It's not an easy thing to do.

What do you mean he doesn't like the idea of Madara being alive? You do know, if he had a problem, he could of just killed Kabuto. Hell, he even threatened to kill Kabuto, so I don't think he has a problem with Madara.

Again, that doesn't prove anything. All the chapters of Tobi ranting about his plan pretty much proves that its his. This is the only thing Madara even says about it

He's really only lied about 2 things. Being madara (maybe) and not sending the kyuubi into konoha. Everything else has been true.

i think tobi is way more developed and a much better villain.
he has a reason to be a villain. if you think about it and understand his plan, he isnt so villanous, and to me, when i can understand and empathize with a villain, then he is truly a good villain. lol
