Pic of Tobi using Kumai with 3-tomoe

So far, this is the only pic I've found of Tobi using Kumai with his 3-tomoe. Even though its only a few of Konan's paper bombs he's phasing through, he is still auto-phasing those small parts of his body and thus he is in fact using kumai:

Obviously seeing his 3-tomoe while absorbing something tangible would be the ultimate find, but I think this is as close as we are going to get to seeing him use Kumai with his 3-tomoe. I tried looking for this pic simply because I could have sworn I saw him use it at some point in the manga with the 3-tomoe.

I hope this eases a few people's minds and shows Kishi wasn't perfect 100% of the time when trying to hid his eye while using it (and yes my colors in paint don't seem to be working...).

Nope, you're wrong. He is INDEED using Kamui, but kishi didn't make the mistake; you did. Itachi has been shown to use Susano'o with his 3 tomoe sharingan therefore tobi doing it is not a surprise, and kishi actually thought it out. Why do you people make foolish assumptions?

Yes, it is indeed 100% plot but I know a lot of people were wondering if a pic existed of him using Kumui with 3 Tomoe, and here it is.

He was not prepping for Izanagi, he was totally surprised by the number of paper bombs. Once he realized this, he immediately decided to use Izanagi. He wasn't prepping for anything, he was phasing through atm and only had his 3-tomoe active.

Because neither shows Itachi using Susanoo with 3-tomoe. In the second pic, notice how the Susanoo arm is only active in the top pic and not the bottom one? As proof just look behind Itachi's head in the second pic, its a white background while the background behind his head with Susanoo active is the dark color of Susanoo. You can't distinguish his eyes where the Susanoo is active, so it can only be assumed that he deactivated his EMS immediately after he broke through the wall.

As for the other pic, he was going blind and Kishi was making it clear that his vision was clouded and was not focusing on his MS but rather his distorted pupil. In this pic, his decaying vision took prefrence over his MS, so no he is not using Susanoo with 3-tomoe in this pic either.

If you feel you have another pic that actually shows him with 3-tomoe with Susanoo clearly active, then show me.

that's what I thought, for me it just looks like he got serious all of a sudden

So why does Kakashi need to use MS to use Kamui but Tobi can just do it with the normal sharingan? I think it is a MS ability and as long as Tobi is not Obito then transplanting a MS into Tobi would make it an EMS which is why he can use it so much.

Kamui is the ability to absorb objects/people into the other dimension.

The phasing technique that Tobi uses is not kamui. He is phasing his own body and it doesnt require showing a sprial black hole like animation to do it. I believe Tobisability to phase is part of the three tomoe sharingan technique.

Also, Tobi has been shown using Kamui with the MS before as well. Thats how I originally knew that Kakashi and Tobis sharingan were the same, even before the last 10 chapters or so.

just to add on to your point. when itachi was using susanoo during his fight with sasuke he was nearly blind from the overuse of his ms and his eyes had completely lost the sharingan design so you can't tell if he's actually using ms or not. also i think i read in the naruto wiki that uchiha clan members have managed to awaken susanoo without the ms. not sure how thats possible though
