his eye is blackened in the close up of him pulling konan into the other dimension. so all of you who thought otherwise or keep saying that his jutsu is not related to obito's eye were incorrect.

There's a panel where Tobi's eye goes MS, and it's half-and-half with Kakashi's face, who is also MS (and they're the same).
