Masashi Kishimoto doesn't even want to reveal secrets to the VOICE ACTORS FOR THE ANIME themselves. He nor his assistants wouldn't do that to random people.

I went to the website they said they got it from, but I couldn't find that interview. Not sure if I just missed it or what, but I couldn't find it.

I don't think it's a real interview, as Kishi wouldn't tell us who Tobi is when he's about to get revealed in the next 2 weeks. Especially because a few weeks ago he said that Tobi would be revealed within a few weeks.
