How could Tobi use tsukiyomi?

Is there something i'm missing? We now know that Tobi has Obitos eye, but he still says that he wants to cast infinite tsukiyomi. My question is "how can he use it with Obitos eye?"

Does that mean Obitos eye cannot only use Kamui, but also Tsukiyomi? So with just one eye, he can cast 2powerful MS jutsus? :shrug:

Manga/Anime Laws of Physics Article 24, Section 7, Paragraph 3 Clearly states any OP character can do what he wants, when he wants, and how he likes it.

Tobi isn't going to cast the Tsukuyomi by his own eye .. his original plan I believe ..was to revive Madara in his own body when it's time , by the Rinne Tensei , (that's the reason why he kept blabbering about how Nagato betrayed him and about how the Rinne Tensei jutsu was meant for him) and when he discovered that Madara was revived by the Edo-tensei he thought about using Sasuke for this instead ..
