How could Tobi use tsukiyomi?

sasuke has both enton / "tsukuyomi" in his right eye, its not completely out of the realm of possibility that tobi could have tsukuyomi as well

Is there something i'm missing? We now know that Tobi has Obitos eye, but he still says that he wants to cast infinite tsukiyomi. My question is "how can he use it with Obitos eye?"

Does that mean Obitos eye cannot only use Kamui, but also Tsukiyomi? So with just one eye, he can cast 2powerful MS jutsus? :shrug:

He wants sasuke his eyes and/or he has tsukiyomi.
